Un hermoso condominio de 1 dormitorio totalmente equipado en el corazón de la hermosa Kona.
Muy bien decorado, cocina y baño recién hechos, con una nueva lavadora y secadora. Esta unidad de 1 dormitorio tiene una enorme y cómoda cama King, una cama extraíble y un sofá que se convierte en una reina.
Wifi incluido.
El Lanai (porche) es de muy buen tamaño con una mesa de comedor, cortinas de alta calidad y un sofá.
El edificio es seguro y cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito.
Ubicadas en el 3er y 4to piso hay terrazas para barbacoa / sol con una vista perfecta de la Iglesia, el Palacio y la carretera principal, ideal para ver desfiles o maratones.
La piscina se encuentra en un entorno privado tranquilo y generalmente nunca está llena de gente.
La ubicación está a poca distancia de todos los restaurantes y hay una tienda ABC al otro lado de la calle.
El muelle está a 5 minutos a pie con algunas de las mejores playas de esnórquel, natación y arena blanca.
Sillas de playa, fideos y otros artículos están en la unidad para su uso.
Este es el lugar perfecto para alojarse en Kona y disfrutar de The Big Island y todo lo que tiene para ofrecer.

Great place to stay right in town

This was a great place to stay. Just a couple minutes walk to the ocean and many restaurants. The noodle shop just across the street from the garage entrance was great! The owner was great about communicating with us.

GREAT LOCATION!

I wish we would have stayed at this property for our entire trip. Centrally located to everything and great for the teenagers who wanted to go do their own thing, so my husband and I could enjoy our own activities.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for us.

The rental unit is close to everything in downtown, it is clean and secure, and parking is convenient. The view is great and there are beach toys available in the closet. We highly recommend this rental.

4 day Kona trip

Very comfortable and easy walk to many restaurants. We just did a 4 day trip and didn’t rent a car. It was a fun time.

Great condo close to everything!

Keli’s condo had everything we needed! It was in a great location with shopping and restaurants literally across the street. It’s well appointed with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels, blow up rafts, kids beach toys and more! The main living room couch was not very comfy but we used the cushion in the closet and it was wonderful! We really enjoyed the ocean view and spent a ton of time on the lanai. We would recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful Location!

My friends came to visit and we decided to have a girls weekend in Kona! This property’s location was perfectly located on Alii, easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. We left our car parked all weekend and were able to walk to all of our destinations. Check-in process was a little confusing with the key code but the property manager was helpful. The property was well kept and clean, we had a wonderful time overall!

Great view! Saw Spinner dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water from the lanai many times. Great location. A short walk to many downtown restaurants and shops. Furniture is typically Hawaiin wicker which is uncomfortable. Well stocked. Felt safe with the locked underground parking. Didn't like listening to the roof air conditioning from the building in front of us all the time. Quite noisy.

Super Comfortable Ocean View condo in the Heart of Kona Town

Our stay in Kona Plaza was fantastic! We're thrilled to be the first review of Keli's condo, the new owner! We had booked months ago with the previous owner and the change of ownership had no affect on our booking. Keli is super nice and helpful in all forms of communication! We felt at home in the condo, very comfortable, clean and cozy! Front load washer and dryer was very convenient during our 6 night stay. The bedroom is on the inner part of the condo, so it was very quiet all day and night. The lanai is higher than the roofline of the building facing Ali'i Drive and had awesome views of the water! So calming to watch all of the boats go out first at first light, then the outriggers, SUP riders and swimmers throughout the day. The kitchen had everything you can think of for cooking in. Central AC worked very well! Location is perfect, just off Ali's Drive (Kona Town's main strip) and is walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, shops, farmer's market and even the Kona Brewing Company! You can't go wrong booking Keli's Kona Plaza condo. You'll feel right at home in paradise! Ray and Jeff

Perfect little get away

I will definitely be booking this beautiful condo again. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for just my husband and I. The condo was definitely big enough if we wanted to return with my pre-teens. You can beat the location ,its nestled right in Kona and near some delicious restaurants, AbC store, Hulihee Palace and food trucks. I'm originally from Hilo and just returned back from Juneau Alaska where I work remotely so I'm familiar with the area and know a gem when I see one. Part of me doesn't want to disclose the awesomeness of this unit in hopes, to selfishisly have more availability for myself and friends when they want to visit the Kona side. Kelli maintains her property and communicates effectively. All the information we needed was sent to us upon booking and was very easy to understand. This is my new favorite spot!

Cute condo in great location

The property manager, Keli, was very responsive with questions I had after arriving. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. The Lanai was my favorite spot in the evening to relax with a glass of wine and view the ocean sunset. I would recommend for others and stay here again myself.

Kona

Location cannot be beat. Cozy condo with covered parking and a spacious deck overlooking Ali'i Street and the ocean. Great snorkling at the pier and countless restaurants to choose from in walking distance. Obvious attempts to improve flooring in the unit however the bedroom was carpeted and very dark and damp smelling. Otherwise all was clean and as expecred. Very comfortable for a few days with our young family in the city. Kelli was an attentive host. Would definitely recommend.

Location

The place was clean and comfortable. Any information we could have used was given to us before arrival. The location was great and it was surprisingly quiet and private. For the money I don’t think you could do any better. Definitely recommended.

Keli’s condo is in such a great location. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops as well as the pier. You can even walk to Kona Brewing if you want. The condo itself was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Keli was very helpful and prompt when questions came up. We would definitely stay here again.

Great ocean view apartment in downtown Kona

Great little apartment in the historic town of Kona, clean and tidy and just as described. Nice ocean view, shame about the noisy extractor from the restaurant opposite the lanai. Friendly host Keli checked by text that we had settled in ok and made great suggestions to try out the trolley and a couple of local restaurants. We walked to Fish Hopper and had a delightful dinner. The apartment kitchen was well kitted out for dining at home, we loved sitting on the lanai, eating breakfast and watching the boats in the bay. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, although it was a bit shallow! We did not use the nice BBQ deck or the highly convenient underground parking, as we did not bother to rent a car as Kona is highly walkable. Although it is a lively, bustling town, the apartment was quiet and peaceful at night, so we slept very well in the comfortable bed. Thanks Keli for a great stay.

I have rented for many years in this building. It is my favorite location, I love the lay-out, the parking, the deck areas for BBQ's and watching parades.
The management and the people are fantastic, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Kona.
