Esta hermosa villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene todo lo que necesita para unas excelentes vacaciones en la Isla Grande de Hawai. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño en suite. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas matrimoniales y la sala de estar también tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas para disfrutar en el comedor o lanai. La sala de estar tiene muebles cómodos, un televisor de pantalla plana grande y puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a la terraza. El lanai tiene capacidad para 4 y una barbacoa. La unidad también incluye WIFI GRATUITO y PARKING. También puede alquilar la unidad al lado E32 y tendría todo el piso superior. Usted está a una corta distancia a pie de las dos piscinas, dos jacuzzis y un gimnasio, y A-Bay Beach está a solo 15 minutos a pie para pasar un tiempo increíble buceando, nadando y observando una hermosa puesta de sol. Fantastic location and beautiful condo

We loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location in relation to stores, restaurants and beaches is super convenient and the unit is beautiful and fully stocked with what you need for a carefree stay. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the villa so much. We liked being in a gated community and it was so close to the shopping centers and the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Lots of places to walk and enjoy the Hawaii scenery and weather.

Absolutely Perfect!

Don't hesitate, just book! The condo was well stocked, spacious & overall so relaxing! Quick walk to the pool or across the street to the market. The use of the garage was excellent as well to keep the car cool. I will 100% be back! 😀

Beautiful and Convienient

We stayed here for one week with our baby and teenager. This place was perfect! Right across the street from shops. Quick walk to the beach. The BBQ on the deck was more handy than anything for quick meals. The rooms and decor were lovely. No issues at all. Communication was easy. We hope to be back one day.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect - right across the street from the Queen and King shops, restaurants and grocery store as well as an easy 15 minute walk to A-bay. A car is definitely a must on the Big Island but the condo is a 10-15 minute drive to other great beaches, only an hour from the Visitor's Centre at Mauna Kea and a short 30 minutes from Kona airport. The garage is loaded with beach items including several umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, toys and more. Check-in and out was easy and communication was good. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to the Big Island.

The beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers) in the garage was great. The unit was well stocked with towels and bedding. Any issues or questions were promptly addressed by Michelle. Michelle is great and has helped us in prior rentals as well. The lanai BBQ was so convenient. We didn't do too much cooking at the condo but when we did, we had everything we needed. Compared to many of the other condos we've stayed at, this was one of the best. I plan to stay here again if I can. This says I'm from Kihei but I'm actually from Utah.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful location

The location is perfect. The marketplace across the street is super convenient. We were able to stop there each night and pick up poke, lobster, fresh produce (amazing pineapple), snacks for the next day, etc. there’s also restaurants if cooking isn’t your deal and shops. There are several wonderful beaches within 15 minutes of the condo. It’s easy to get to a lot of the various other towns and beaches on the island too. The furthest we had to drive was 2 hours down to the southern black beach Punalu’u (worth it in my opinion). The condo had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, kid toys, towels, cooler, etc.). The kitchen was very well stocked. The view from the balcony was also lovely. It overlooks the Kings Trail and a golf course. We were able to see the sunset and had a cool breeze for breakfast on the balcony. Michele was also very helpful. I had several questions about where to find things both in the condo and on the island and she was quick to respond. All the other residents and visitors were respectful. We had no noise issues or safety concerns.

Wonderful Stay

We had wonderful stay at this property and was prefect for the three of us. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the shops. We loved that it was in a gated property, very private and quiet. Also, it was a bonus that it had its own garage and equipped with everything we needed to go to the beach. We frequented Anaeho'omalu Bay many times and saw so many turtles resting on the shore. Also, there was a farmer's market on one of the days at the shops across the street. The location is perfect and walking distance to the shops. Loved the balcony with the barbecue on the balcony, and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening to relax. We didn't use the pool (but it did look very nice) as we are beach people and went to the beach during the day instead. :-) Also, the master bedroom was spacious and a very comfortable bed. The only issue we had was the front door key fob didn't work properly (it wouldn't lock the door with the code), so we called and they sent someone to bring us a key for the door. We used the key for the rest of the stay and it wasn't a problem. :-) Overall, we highly recommend this place and look forward to returning and were sad to leave. Solid choice for a Waikoloa stay

Just finished a week stay at the condo with a major goal of research on possibly living here part time. Learned that it is not the right community for us with major drawbacks being the heat and the poor quality of the restaurants in Waikoloa (with exception of Roy's and Lava Lava). The shops look better online than they are in reality. The condo itself is a good choice, particularly for groups of 4+. The positive things: 1) almost anything you might need for a week stay is provided, including beach gear in the garage, 2) ease of check in, parking, gate to community, 3) shops within a block walk, 4) great entertainment set up, 4) quiet area except for leaf blowers most mornings. Negatives: 1) the patio furniture is not comfortable, we could sit on the high chairs for about 20 minutes max before having to move, 2) the sofa and loveseat need to be replaced. In short, it was hard to get comfortable when spending any significant time in the unit, 3) the temperature control set at 74 degrees is a bit hot. If the fans are going it is just about tolerable for sleeping, but would gladly pay another 100 dollars a week to offset the cost of being able to run the AC at 72 at night. All in all, solid choice and probably would be fine for younger families, but for us on the 50+ age group it is lacking in creature comfort that fully justify dropping a few thousand for a week stay. Upgraded furntiture and a slightly cooler environment would make it a winner for all.

Exactly as Advertised! Warm & Welcoming!

The moment we walked into Puako, we felt welcomed. The fans and A/C were at a comfortable level and there was Hawaiian music from the TV to welcome us in! The condo is exactly as described and has just about everything that you could desire in the kitchen, bathrooms and garage. We were disappointed that the bikes in the garage were for the owners only, (they were hanging on the wall to tempt us, so I had to ask the property manager...) There were only a couple of issue during our stay: First, there were these little pests called "Sugar Ants". They were on everything that we set on the counters and in the bathroom within minutes! We had to throw away the food that we had just purchased and re-purchase at the store across the street (ABC store in the Queens Marketplace had EVERYTHING we needed!) I contacted the property manager, Michelle, and she suggested everything be placed in the fridge. The condo had small zip locks and I had brought larger zip locks, so we packed everything up and put into the refrigerator. Michelle also indicated that the condo had been sprayed, but they would bring by poison packs for us to put out. We didn't get them till the night before we left. I don't do well with bugs, especially the ones that show up on your body... just makes my skin crawl. Second, the bed in the master bedroom is very high and difficult for someone who is short and has limited mobility to get into (moi). It also makes A LOT of noise when you move. Michelle was very accommodating and very good with communication. Overall, except for the above mentioned things, it was an awesome place to stay and a great location.
