The space
Captains Rest has a bright and contemporary lounge-diner with an oriental twist. A Juliet balcony with double doors lets the outside in and offers a view over the rooftops of colourful Brixham. The living area is well equipped with a 50” Smart TV with surround sound speakers and woofer, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker system, DVD library with over 400 titles for all ages.

Open plan to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchen with washer dryer, full-size fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, panini press, sandwich and waffle toaster.

The apartment has a good size shower room with a spacious walk-in shower.

Parking

Weekly parking permits are available from Torbay Council which can be purchased online at Torbay.gov website. These permits allow parking at most council car parks throughout Torbay. There is a short stay car park right next to the property which is convenient for stays of up to 3 hours and dropping off. The long stay car parks are at Oxen Cove and Freshwater, which are approximately a 6-8 minute walk around the harbour. It is a picturesque walk, so may take you a little longer whilst you take in the views and stop for an ice-cream or cold drink on the way!
