Our second stay in Accademia area and first time with Rent & Relax. Great property and location. Host meet on time and was super helpful at check in. Unit was comfortable and clean. Great location on a quiet street but within walking or boat access to everything. Would certainly stay again.

Relaxing time in Venice

Very nice flat, a bit expensive but very spacious, fantastic location and 2 balconys. Quiet street but lots of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance.

We thought this apartment was better than expected, decent size space with a fair amount of natural light (once you open the shutters). The A/C worked well in the summer heat, and the tiny balcony was a nice surprise we really enjoyed at breakfast.The location was A1 for us, close to everything that mattered to us but very quiet enough at night.This was our 2nd time in Dorsoduro and we would go back to this rental.The only hiccup was at time of check-in as the young lady meeting us for the keys was doubled-booked, so even though we had confirmed a 3pm meeting, we ended up waiting 40 minutes outside the door…not very professional, if that’s the case don’t mislead renters by saying your rental is available from 3pm.

Great little apartment!

Good location, minutes away from water bus stop. Quiet neighborhood away from all the crowds, but easy walk to all attractions. Apartment met all our needs.

Perfect Place to Stay in Venice!

We cannot say enough about what a wonderful stay we had here. We loved the neighborhood because it was convenient to food and to the ferry. The place was modern and comfortable. The host was in communication with us in advance to make sure we had directions to get here. One of the most memorable stays because the place was so lovely!

Wonderful stay at the perfect locatiin

The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and the perfect location between the Grand Canal to the left and Il Guidecca canal to your right With museums, restaurants and a great coffee bar nearby, we were comfortable & close to everything we could want. It was a great 10 day stay in this home away from home. We’ll be back!

Great location

The location of this apartment is great. Located behind a school and close to a plaza and the water bus. Very quiet and charming neighborhood. Check in was very easy and communication was perfect. The layout of the unit matched the description on the website and the unit was very clean. Will stay there again.

Wonderful neighborhood, close to everything!

Comfortable lovely apartment just steps away from the Accademia and Zattere vaporetto stops - with many unusual restaurants within easy walking distance. Small balcony was lovely - too cold for me to enjoy in mid-March, but perfect during warmer weather. Everything you need, in a supremely convenient location.

3 nights in Venice

My first time in Venice and it was absolutely amazing! The apartment was clean & cozy and we loved the neighborhood. There’s a great cafe at the end of the street and a small market around the corner as well as many shops and art galleries. Also close to 2 public waterbus stops. The apartment management staff was very friendly & helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great apartment

The water taxi from the airport dropped us really close to the apartment. Carolina, the host was accommodating, kind and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean. It is located in a peaceful section of Venice away from the tourists, but you can still walk to everything. This was a great experience

Venice Dorsoduro Apt

Very convenient to Academia Grand Canal boat and Zattere boat. On a street inhabited by locals with prolific Jasmin plantings. Hostess greeted us early to drop luggage even though cleaning wasn't finished. 2nd floor walk-up easy to navigate. Great restaurant close by "Ai Cugnai".

Super modern clean functional in perfect location

Great. Parents and adult son stayed five days. Excellent communication and response from ppty manager. Resolved pre-exist drain clog issue quickly. New appliances and a very well appointed clean property. They should address the shower/floor moisture issue it will eventually be a problem.

Fantastic Apartment in Great Quiet Location

Host (Elisa) is customer focused and knowledgeable. Great apartment, very comfortable, and in very quiet neighborhood in Dosodoro away from the tourist rush. But is a convenient walk to all Venice’s landmarks. The bed was very comfortable. Nice living room with sofa for relaxing after full day. Conad grocery market less than five minutes walk away. Also, family-run, fantastic restaurant (Osteria ca del Bento, Fondamenta de S. Basegio, 1518, 30123 Venezia VE, Italy, is nearby that is a local favorite with excellent food and service, but make reservations in advance (not day of). It is located five minutes from apartment. Water buses are less than three-minute walk to Zaterre or Accademia stops. They are cheap, convenient, and timely to schedule, but be on guard for how routes get to your location. We had an unexpected transfer at a station before getting to the train station for our next destination to Florence. Thankfully a Venetian steered us the right way.

L’appartamento è molto carino. Silenzioso e ben posizionato. Dotato di tutti gli accessori . Migliorare le pulizie dell’appartamento: c’era polvere dappertutto e il bagno non era pulito. La doccia non funzionava bene: problemi con l’acqua calda
