Chris is a wonderful host and this property was perfect for our trip! The view was beautiful and access to the beach was easy. There is a closet full of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, towels etc. The boardwalk right outside the condo was great, restaurants, bars, grocery store and shops within walking distance as well. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you Chris!

I highly recommend this condo! The unit was recently renovated and expertly designed. I really like the automatic shades on the ocean facing windows as well as the artwork displayed.Chris introduced himself in person upon our arrival and showed us the unit. He was very helpful and responsive through our 10 day stay.We look forward to visiting his condo next year.

Perfect location if traveling to San Diego and want that beach experience! Beds were comfy, nice updated condo, view was amazing! The condo had everything you need to feel at home and relaxed. A few things to note: there is no AC. I don't know how I missed this. Yes, there is a cross breeze, but if you run warm, be prepared. There is also no fan in the bathroom which makes for 5 people showering a bit steamy. However, everything else far outshines these minor hiccups. You can literally park you car and walk everywhere! Chris was a great host and very attentive.

Fantastic condo and holiday.

Beautiful condo for the two of us who spent a fantastic week with gorgeous views and sunsets. Great beaches, location and surrounding restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Chris, the host, was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

Chris is an excellent host amd very thorough with describing amenities and guidelines of the property. The condo has a cozy beach cabin vibe and the use of mirrors at the balcony area is clever - you get a broader view of the coastline The balcony is about 18" deep - be mindful of this if you want a space to sit outside. We made it work by pulling up chairs to the wall-wide windows and were just as happy as if we'd had a deeper outside space. The beds were perfect for us. My friend and I slept harder there than we had anywhere but home in longer than we could remember. Six pillows per bed - one for nearly every type of sleeper :)The kitchen is fully set up and games were available for extra down time. The location is prime for low key beach path foot traffic and within walking distance to markets and restaurants.If you have any doubts about booking here - my vote is book it!

Great apartment and location

Great apartment and location. Super clean, well equipped kitchen and amazing view. My husband and I did many long walks along the beach and enjoyed many of the great restaurants nearby.

Everything was exactly as described and the whole place was as awesome as all of the reviews say. Incredible view from the condo, super quick access to the beach and pool. Couldn't have been a better location.We had such a perfect trip. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful home, beautiful view, beautiful location...everything was amazing!! Fully stocked with anything you might need on your stay, and Chris the owner was so very friendly and accommodating! I definitely would recommend it!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had so much fun staying here. The location is perfect. Great Restraunts and shopping close by. I think my favorite part was in the mornings opening the door, and listeing/watching the waves crash. Lines of Pelicans often would fly by. The condo is clean, stocked with everything needed.

Perfect Oceanfront Condo

This condo is a great location in San Diego. Steps from the beach/boardwalk, and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Short drive to La Jolla, Coronado and San Diego zoo. The condo was very clean, comfortable had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing beats this view!

Very nice apartment with all the amenities you need. The location is great, just steps from the beach. The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with. We stayed for our daughter‘s graduation, and I’m sure we’ll be back sometime soon!
