This villa oozes with style, luxury and comfort.
As you walk in, there is a spacious living area which sliding doors open to a patio for al-fresco dining and pool area.
On the ground floor is guest toilet.
Upstairs is one en-suite master bedroom with a large sea view balcony, and another two bedrooms which share family bathroom with bath

We had a wonderful family stay in Villa Theresa

The house was great, spacious, cozy and functional. It had everything we needed and much more (comfy beds etc). The pool was small but very clean and nice. The villas2let team was always ready to help. I highly recommend it.

Nice house

Nice house with pool and everything needed. We were not missing anything basically. There are some beaches at walking distance and shops are also not too far away. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this location to anybody visiting Cyprus.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful and clean. The decoration was minimalistic and calm with plenty of natural light. The villa was calm and relaxing. It was in a good location, not far from the main town. The property manager was very helpful and had in-depth knowledge of the villa. A heated pool would have been useful and the roller blinds need some cleaning. Overall, we had a good relaxing holiday in a lovely villa. I would recommend the villa throughout the year.

Nice villa! Very good customer service

We were very happy to stay in this villa for the whole of november. In this location it is necessary to have a car to get to the beach, shops or cafes. Villa THERESA has many advantages for a holiday in warm weather. But it is not very suitable for wintering (the entire infrastructure disappears during the winter, and the rooms are not warm enough even with the use of air conditioning heating). The staff is very responsive, pool cleaning is often, room cleaning is quite good, prompt communication. We will come again :)

Holiday for Sons Wedding

Ohh my goodness what can we say… what a beautiful Villa. We came to Cyprus for our Sons wedding and this Villa ticked all the boxes. It was big enough to accommodate family members during an evening of food and drink. There was plenty of space outside with lovely seating and space for the kids to play to. The inside of the Villa was beautiful. The bedrooms are lovely sizes with fab wardrobe space. The lounge/kitchen area was a fab open plan space. We just loved everything about this Villa and would highly recommend. Villas to let were very accommodating to us and went over and above regarding a personal request. We would definitely book again with them. Thank you Villas To Let you made our stay so special

Stay end october 24.

There was a lot of damage in the villa, especially to the cupboards and beds. Since we were traveling overnight with children, I asked about a possible earlier check-in. We were promised to send a message when the villa was ready. We went to look at the villa 1.5 hours before normal check-in, and it was already ready. We were not informed that we could enter the villa earlier, which is very unfortunate. Heated pool would be nice.

Aspectos positivos: Llegada, comunicación y ubicación

Es geht besser

Gebucht haben wir für eine Woche, die Kommunikation war sehr gut, schon vor Ankunft wurde Kontakt aufgenommen und eine Wegbeschreibung, die übrigens sehr gut war, wurde beigefügt. Das Haus war bei Ankunft so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und Sauber war es auch, zumindest oberflächlich, nach näheren Betrachten, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Handtücher und auch die Bettlaken Flecken hatten, es gab kein Handtuch das aus unserer Sicht sauber war, eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden, leider ohne Waschmittel, also Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch und Geschirr schwamm gekauft und alles durchgewaschen, dann noch ein Brikki, Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Öl gekauft, es gibt zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. George von Villas2let hat sich etwas später gemeldet und sich entschuldigt, das es nicht so sauber war wie wir es erwartet haben, liegt wohl an dem beauftragten Reinigungsdienst. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen, Verbesserungen im Bereich der Sauberkeit, der Grundausstattung und der abgenutzten Möbel würde es perfektionieren. Ein neuer Grill wäre auch nicht schlecht, das alte verrostete Teil war für uns nicht zu gebrauchen.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή

Ωραία τοποθεσία, αρκετά καθαρά όλα, ευρύχωρα. Λίγο χτυπημένα κάποια έπιπλα σε κάποια δωμάτια. Η μπανιέρα πολύ άνετη. Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με την τηλεόραση (το τηλεχειριστήριο δεν λειτουργούσε καλά, και δεν υπήρχε καλό σήμα). Το ζεστό νερό τελείωνε πολύ εύκολα και για να ξαναζεστάνει ήθελε αρκετό χρόνο.
