BAY SHORE 207 es una espectacular joya entre vías fluviales. Este condominio en el primer piso tiene impresionantes vistas de la vía fluvial entre costas desde la sala de estar y un amplio balcón. Siéntate en la terraza y mira el amanecer de la mañana, los delfines y manatíes jugando, y los barcos que pasan. Perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas, esta casa lo tiene todo. La gran piscina y zona de spa es el lugar ideal para tomar el sol y relajarse durante el día. It was a great location with a short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. We had a little trouble with the lock but was fixed right away. There was some construction going on next door and outside on the building, but other than that we had a great time.

Everything was as advertised! New pool area had just been completed, however, the grills were not installed and there wasn’t enough seating for the busy time of March! More chairs were being added as we left. Would stay again!

My experience

I stayed here with my girlfriend and 6 year old son. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal, right across the street from the beach along with restaurants in close proximity. The condo is stocked with things you need for the beach. Overall, a wonderful time. If you’re contemplating staying here, go ahead and book it. You won’t regret it.

First class experience

After staying in different places for years, I'm really pleasantly surprised with what the owners provided in this beautiful unit. The upgrades in the condo are plentiful - fully upgraded kitchen/appliances, beautiful furniture and renovations in the bathrooms, and an excellent TV package w sports channels and DVR. I really needed to get some work done (partial vacation) and the wifi was faster than any I've ever experienced before. Access to the beach was easy and the view of the inlet (despite those pesky mangrove trees) was so calming. This place has obviously been upgraded and staged with Zen in mind. I'm a big fan.

Perfect unit for our family of four

Excellent view and well-maintained unit- I could see that it has recently been completely refurbished. I really liked the access to the beach -very easy to get to - my wife and 2 children enjoyed the bedrooms and we all were able to watch television with the included sports package. I found the wi-fi speed to be blazingly fast and the DVR option was a blessing. Brian - the booking agent - was very hands on and had the place completely cleaned before our arrival. There are two very clean and newly renovated full bathrooms as well. The kitchen had cooking utensils as well as the appropriate dishware making it easy to cook our fish instead of going out every night. I am looking forward to renting this unit again in the future.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this place, and just so happened to pick the same exact room as we did 3 years ago for the same exact dates. We’d had the best experience through these guys! We’d highly recommend booking through them. Always on top of answering any questions or concerns. You get a personal number and email to reach someone at anytime, and they make sure you have all the info. You need for your stay on time or before you actually need it to make sure you feel stress free and relaxed to enjoy your stay with them. Our personal preference of room is 207. They have multiple accommodations to use for fun on the beach or fishing out back in the canal, and the beds are SUPER COMFY! Plus, everything you need to make home cooked meals. Beautiful property with a relaxing view. We enjoyed the location of the property because it was set back from the main road but just across the street from the beach. Nice pool- just wish the hot tub was working while we were there. It was fixed the last day. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Amazing find

Booked this gem with a buddy from work to act as a spring training base of operations. Did not expect to find something some homely. Great location on Indian Shores with the beach across the street, Nice pool (and grills!) on property overlooking the inter-coastal and plenty to eat and do within a short walk. Well stocked, comfortable unit for those days where the weather doesn't cooperate and perfect location for when it does. Will be back sometime!

Very Nice Surprise

More then we expected. All appliances and furniture were new. Beds were very comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. Would recommend to every one. Will not be disappointed.

First class all the way

These people are doing a lot right. This condo is newly redone and it shows. I love the upgrades throughout including the kitchen and bathrooms. Their furniture is comfortable. The view is of the inlet with some obstruction by Mangrove trees but it's actually really amazing. Beach is right across the street and the kids and I just had a great time. Parking is on site and the tennis courts were a lot of fun. The pool was just renovated as well and the HOA must have fixed whatever damage that Irma caused. My only suggestion is to add an extra chair or two on the patio but the table with four chairs is enough for a small family. We don't watch much TV but my son really enjoyed the sports package and DVR. Netflix was easy to stream thanks to the super fast speed of the wifi too. Yeah I'm definitely coming back to this place.

Great condo - great kitchen!!!

Really beautifully redone unit. Two bedrooms and two baths which are clean and modern. The kitchen was so easy to use and my wife and I loved the open design. This place had a bunch of "Easter egg" extras - granite countertops in the kitchen w upgraded appliances, really fast wifi and HD and DVR cable w a sports package that I loved. Being from near Canada, I was able to keep up on my hockey team while here. Going to the beach was a cinch as it's right across the street but I must admit, the view from our place was just beautiful (of the inlet). They've really kept the place clean as well. Will stay again no doubt.
