Nuestra casa excepcional Casa Palmilla se encuentra en el vecindario altamente deseado de Desert Ridge. Estamos ubicados en la frontera de North Phoenix y Scottsdale, a solo minutos de las autopistas Loop 101 y 51.
Esta fabulosa casa cuenta con un amplio plano de planta de concepto abierto con 4 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños, 2 salas de estar y un estudio. Nuestras habitaciones tienen sábanas suaves de lujo junto con un nuevo colchón BeautyRest de primera calidad en el dormitorio principal. Todas las camas son realmente cómodas con colchones nuevos. También tenemos televisores de pantalla grande en la sala familiar, así como en la habitación principal.
Todas las habitaciones tienen techos altos abovedados y hermosos pisos de tablones de madera. Hemos decorado con buen gusto con nuevos muebles de tipo contemporáneo.

Una de las principales características de esta casa es el retiro como un patio trasero privado con muchas cascadas que se convierten en una piscina tecnológica de guijarros. Los hermosos paisajes y toneladas de losa convierten este espacioso patio trasero en un verdadero paraíso. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse o entretenerse! Ahora ofrecemos una gran piscina climatizada por un cargo de alrededor de $ 35. 00 - $ 60. 00 por día en la temporada de invierno. Las temporadas de hombro serán menos dependiendo del mes. Actualmente no tenemos una bañera de hidromasaje.
¡Casa Palmilla sería ideal para parejas, familias con niños mayores de 6 años, golfistas o viajes de niñas! Nos reservamos el derecho de poner un mínimo de 5-7 noches en días festivos, fines de semana principales. También tenemos un mínimo de 7 noches en nuestras tarifas de verano.

We stayed in this property for 18 days and it was perfect in every way! We have rented many Arizona homes and this ranks right at the top of our list. The home was in a wonderful quiet location, very spacious, great walking areas, well stocked with everything you could need and Kim was the perfect host. We did not want to leave and we can't wait to return to this home in the near future.

What didn’t stand out. The house was beautiful and very thoughtfully filled with every amenity. The outside was just as beautiful. From the landscaping to the awesome pool. We will definitely check it off our bucket list!

Casa Palmilla was everything we expected! The house was perfect: spacious for our family, private, clean, comfortable and very inviting pool area! The house was equipped with all needs to walk in and live easily, which is what we needed for two months. Desert Ridge shopping was only two miles away which was filled with grocery, gas, shipping and entertainment. The owners were easy to reach and hospitable. We highly recommend this house. It was also easy access to freeways!

Amazing home in an amazing neighborhood!

This home is perfect for a family or multiple families. It was clean, and in a great neighborhood. Everything we needed was close by and easy to access. The homeowner was quick to answer any questions we had. We will meet at definitely be back to this property in the future.

Gorgeous property

Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and have their own privacy. Loved the pool and patio area to play board games and cards in the shade. Enjoyed cooking with the nice appliances and having all the extra amenities to cook at home. The property owner even had a dog bed available for our dog. So thoughtful! Loved this home.

Awesome Home / Great Location

This home is truly a “home away from home”. We had several family members join us and there was plenty of room for everyone. A lot of pride has gone into updates and the owners have thought of everything, beautifully appointed. Check in was super easy and Kim checked in a few times during the stay to see that everything was going well. The northeast PHX location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet with walking trails and parks throughout.

Exceptional location for WM Open

Clean, open and very welcoming house for group we hosted to view WM Open. Very close by Uber to course and surrounding areas for food and sun dried. Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in group setting. Would highly recommend to any/all who are looking for a comfortable house setting. Pool would be great in warmer months!!

Wonderful

We were a group of 7 women who travel together. This house was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The owners were very kind and responsive. The pool is lovely. Only negative wound be not having a hand rail to get into pool. Would stay here again in a minute if traveling to phoenix.

Fantastic Family Vacation!!

Wonderful home, space, pool and location! Exceeded our expectations by far!! Within an hour of being there, we all decided we would definitely stay here again! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, close to stores and shopping and near family in the area. It checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the pool and we never lacked for anything else during our stay! Excellent communication with the Host, which was so nice! Just wonderful!

Beautiful house.

The house and amenities are great. Perfect house for multi-generational families with how it is laid out. Overall everything was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had all updated appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and the heated pool was great for this time of year. Kim the owner is very responsive and made sure everything was good for our stay. The Desert Ridge area where the house was located is close to everything. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!
