We had a fantastic vacation. I booked last minute and Carolyn was so helpful. The condo was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The condo was just as advertised. I would most definitely rent again.

A trip to remember.

This was the BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at. It was so nice, clean, and honestly perfect! The view was breathtaking! We will most definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the condo to spend New Year’s Eve with family and we really enjoyed our stay. The view was perfect. The rental manager (Carolyn Bobbitt) was extremely attentive to our questions and needs. A few things I will point out that I was disappointed was the heated pool was broken, therefore we could not use it bc it was very cold. One of the elevators was down which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the mattresses were not very comfortable left me with some back pain. Overall, we made memories with our loved ones and made best of it.

Loved Breaker's East

Loved our stay and will definitely be using them again in the future. The description and pictures are exactly as described. i was worried it would be smaller than the pictures, but it was so roomy. Something happened with the stove so i messaged Ms. Carolyn and immediately she responded and maintenance was sent the next day. With our rental the rental of the umbrellas/chairs were included the staff at the rental hut was very helpful and understanding. We were very pleased with our stay, communication with Ms. Carolyn, and everything in between. We will definitely be back next year!!
