We had a fantastic vacation. I booked last minute and Carolyn was so helpful. The condo was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The condo was just as advertised. I would most definitely rent again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Not one complaint about this property!!! Very clean as well as OVERSTOCKED! The beds were comfy and the view was breathtaking!!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful spring break

My parents are older with health issues and wanted one last trip to a beach. They had never stayed in a condo and were so happy. This was a wonderful memory for our family!

Wonderful condo!!

Loved this place. This was our first time to visit and Breakers East did not disappoint. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My favorite was the giant island. We will return for sure!!

All you need!

The condo is very well equipped for those who prefer to travel light. Everything you need is there. Perfect location to Shops, Restaurants, and places to have fun. Yes, a great view of the beach from the balcony. Private access to the private beach was great, over crowding wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again, if available, when I return to Destin.

Great Unit, Great Property, Great Views

This unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed and then some! It was so nice to have added blankets, towels and ample kitchen equipment. Everything was also so spacious. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We loved the peacefulness at the Breakers and look forward to returning.

Perfect Getaway

This condominium was just what we was looking for. Everything was exactly what the pictures showed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and there were plenty of towels and amenities for everyone. The view was fantastic. There was plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the room. The condo was very well cleaned and ready for us to start our vacation. We will definitely be staying again. We highly recommend Breakers East Condominium.

Nice stay!

Well kept unit, everything is neat and clean. Minor complaint is that water isn't hot enough in the shower. Also, unit floor had a layer of sand which could be attributed to improper housekeeping. I would recommend.

Everything was perfect and the veiw was like a picture. However, heavy traffic around the location. (but quiet inside) If you are not used to drive then it could be tough. Also, if you want to cook, you better to come with own knife. The knife was too blunt

We've rented with them for the past 3 years, and have always had a great experience with the properties and with her team's attention to our needs. This property was no exception... amply stocked with everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view of the Gulf. The dryer could use an upgrade (took a couple of cycles to dry clothes), and an ice maker would be a huge add, but overall everything was awesome. Will definitely be coming back!

Loved Breaker's East

Loved our stay and will definitely be using them again in the future. The description and pictures are exactly as described. i was worried it would be smaller than the pictures, but it was so roomy. Something happened with the stove so i messaged Ms. Carolyn and immediately she responded and maintenance was sent the next day. With our rental the rental of the umbrellas/chairs were included the staff at the rental hut was very helpful and understanding. We were very pleased with our stay, communication with Ms. Carolyn, and everything in between. We will definitely be back next year!!

Beautiful Beach

The unit was as explained. Very clean and well stocked with all that you need in the kitchen. Everything’s worked well and was quiet as it was the off season in Feb. just the way we wanted it. The only complaint we have is the beds, mattresses, bedding and pillows need an update. We were thankful we brought our own pillows. The beds hurt our backs. One bed had a nice concave in the middle so you rolled down into the middle whether you wanted to or not. But the view is amazing, and getting to the beach is very easy. This unit is on the 9th floor, I would not want to be any higher.
