Beach view was perfect! The large balcony was so nice to sit on and enjoy coffee. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us on a girls weekend.

The condo was one of the best that we’ve ever stayed in! It was very roomy and had everything inside that we needed… the only thing that we wish it would have had was a maker nearby.

Excellent visit, beautiful condo!

We loved our stay in this unit. The location is perfect, the views are stunning, and the condo was impeccable. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms had everything we needed, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the balcony with the outdoor furniture, very comfortable! We enjoyed the pool area, the beach and pickleball/tennis. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been coming to Destin over 15 years and every time return to Breakers East. The condo was clean, the kitchen so well stocked (I like to cook) and you just cannot beat the view from the balcony, overlooking the beachfront. The Breakers East property is so well maintained, the landscape manicured, the two public restrooms are CLEAN, every detail of the property has been given attention. Our trip this year began with Hurricane Helene heading full steam, Erika at Your Assistant at the Beach reached out to us and recommended that we delay our stay for 2 days, which we were grateful for. The property management team gave us such personalized service during the chaos of a major weather event, we were so impressed with their care and service for our wellbeing. We were more than ready for a slow pace, and a restful time on the beach at Breakers East. It is the best stay, even if you get a rainy day, the fully covered balcony is waiting for you!

Perfect piece of Paradise

Great place to stay. Communications with the host were very timely. Beautiful place on third floor. Sunrise and sunsets both visible and beautiful. To top it off, the dolphins came to say good bye at the end of our visit.

Perfect Spot for Fall Break with our family

This spot is a true gem- the condo was perfect for our family and everything inside was lovely. We made many of our meals in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee and reading on the balcony. There’s a seafood market within walking distance. The inclusion of the beach chair set up made it a hit! The only thing that would make it even better is if there was a no smoking policy for balconies and if the pool was heated. It was too cold for our kiddos to swim. The beach is gorgeous and private and felt like heaven. We’ll be back for sure!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience however I would not rent this unit again. Bedding is very uncomfortable. We had the guest room & bedding I would guess is old & very soft. My Back hurt each morning. Our friends had the king bed & stated it was worse as the mattress felt slanted. They said they didn't sleep well. Other than that we love the complex as the staff is always very responsive and units are kept clean & for the most part updated.

Had all the codes in advance and received communications throughout the process from booking the reservation through the end of the stay. The unit was very nice. The kitchen had an excellent stock of utensils, cookware etc. This was our second time staying at the Breakers and we plan to be back next year!!

Wonderful Girl's Trip

The little extras included were beach towels, an extra chair and snacks. We loved the view. Your Assistant at the Beach provides grocery delivery and it was so nice to have a stocked kitchen when we arrived. The location was great - oceanfront with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The staff at Your Assistant at the Beach was also helpful with pre-arrival information.Negatives:There is no access to a closet in the Master Bedroom. We were only there for a long weekend so it really didn't matter but for a longer stay it could be an issue. Also, we had a later in the day flight and we had a problem with storing our luggage. Luckily, the Maintenance/Security staff had an area where we stored our luggage until we left.

Great Last Minute Stay

We struggled finding availability anywhere in Destin, the week of spring break and we were going to call it quits and stay home but this place was recommended by a friend staying here that same week. So relieved we spoke with him because they had the space for our larger family. Lucked out big time too- beautiful property and luxurious room. Price was reasonable. Loved the view. Pool area was kept very clean. Plenty of chairs available. Easy private access to the beach with our own spot each day with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Nice area to grill out. We and the kids had a great time. Wasn’t too crowded at all. Even with one elevator being down. Wasn’t a big deal anyway since we were on 3rd floor, we just took the stairs at times.

Very nice getaway

Condo was roomy, well layed out, and well stocked with everything needed. The master bed was comfortable and the response from management when we had a TV issue was outstanding. A new living room rug is needed. The beach chairs were a nice addition.
