We had a delightful time at 21 Scotland! We got the ground floor with 3 bedrooms. It was lovely very up to date and even a welcome basket. It was close to everything! Owner was very nice!!!Muffie

This was our first time traveling to Scotland. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children ages 12-16. The location of the house was great, walkable distance to everything including the Royal Mile. The home was just as pictured, very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The host was communicative and gave clear instructions for check-in & check-out. We’d stay here again if ever in Scotland!

Luxury accommodations, great location

Great stay with family and friends in this luxurious flat. Great location, walkable to parks, restaurants, and all the other needs. I would recommend this place to friends traveling to the area.

Wonderful Stay in Great Location

The home was so beautiful! And the location was perfect to walk to many things. Our host was so responsive quickly answering questions and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Within walking distance to tram, bus station, historical sites, restaurants, bars, and shops but away from the crowds. Beautiful high-end neighborhood.

This property was absolutely amazing. We’ve stayed at 40–50 different rentals over the past decade and this is definitely in the top five. The location is fantastic, and the property is spacious, clean, historic, updated, and just beautiful. We stayed with our family of six and it was perfect. If we are in Edinburgh again, we will absolutely stay here.

Fabulous town house for a family trip

This is a beautiful town home with very nice amount of space. We had 6 taller adults and were able to sleep comfortably on the beds. The neighborhood is quiet and a good location to area attractions. Kitchen was well stocked and convenient place to make meals and snacks. Really enjoyed our time at this property.

This home is absolutely stunning. The location was really lovely… walking distance to a great shop, park, and Stockbridge… The house itself is perfectly appointed, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Marie-Claire was a lovely host… we could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Clean rooms, nice and warm and cosy, certainly has the wow factor as you enter. A little disappointed there was no Xmas tree but was made to look festive. A few issues which were handled swiftly and efficiently, a great new year’s celebration with family. Easy walking distance to the Hogmanay celebrations.

Cracker of a property!

This is a great property. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Lots of modern appliances. Lovely touches like Aesop toiletries and great attention to detail on the interior front. If you're thinking of booking- do. It's really close to all areas of Edinburgh!

Heavenly apartment

This property is exquisite. There wasn’t a single thing that we didn’t love and would have liked to never leave. The attention to detail in the layout and styling was simply beautiful. Everything you may possibly need was provided. We couldn’t ask for more. Wouldn’t hesitate to return again and definitely stay for longer.

Visiting Edinburgh for a wedding

We stayed at 21 Scotland Street during a visit to Edinburgh to attend a wedding. The property is beautiful and beautifully appointed and furnished. There were welcome treats and the owner had kindly switched the heating on before we arrived. They also contacted us to make sure everything was running smoothly. The property was much bigger than I imagined from the photos. Overall it is a fantastic property and we loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed this amazing home in New Town. It was very beautifully done and comfortable with 3 beds and 2 baths for our two families. The neighborhood is quiet and not many restaurants or shops close by, but still walkable to restaurants and shops (like 15 minutes) - but this is what we prefer. The 2nd night, the upstairs neighbors had a party until after midnight, which was a bit too noisy, but this is what happens when there is a flat above you. The owner was also very kind and responsive.

The pictures don’t show how very grand this flat is. The windows and molding are stunning. The area is very nice! Its close to everything we wanted to see! A playground just down the hill and a super market was very close too. Our host was very responsive and even had some light snacks available at our arrival. She procured a high chair and crib for us to make our stay comfortable with our very small grandchildren.This is a 10/10 stay especially for families.

5 Stars! Amazing flat

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Clean, warm and welcoming. To have such a comfortable & sumptuous place to stay in Edinburgh really made our weekend. It was perfect for our family pre- Christmas gathering, there was even a tree! It really felt like you had arrived to a home away from home. Lots of nice touches, like the drinks honesty bar, wood/coal burning fire, fresh bread, milk and some wine when we arrived. The beds are so comfy and our host was extremely accommodating with our young children. There were plenty of toys for them to play with. We will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Edinburgh.
