Nuestro lugar es un hogar nuevo de 2600 pies cuadrados. Completamente aislado y escondido entre los hermosos árboles de hoja perenne. Excelente diseño abierto por dentro y por fuera, cocina totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades modernas. Hermosa terraza es ideal para barbacoa, actividades y una bañera de hidromasaje. An excellent stay.Lovely house.Lovely location.Close to good food.Great kitchen.Plenty of amenities.Tip for travelers: For several miles approaching the house there is no signal. There is wifi at the house itself.It’s very easy to find even without cell signal but plan accordingly.

Great, quiet location and so much space

We came to the area for my nephews graduation from Onteora high school. We traveled with my two teenagers, my husband, and my father. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for all of us, and the house is very spacious and clean. My brother lives in Pine Hill, which is about a 15 to 20 minute drive. We ate breakfast daily at the Phoenicia diner, which is only about 10 minutes down the road. Communication was perfect and everything was as described. I enjoyed having my morning coffee out in the Adirondack chair seating area outside in the forested scene and listened to many different species of birds chirping.

Fantastic Stay in the Catskills

We had a "family girls' trip" to the Catskills in March. The house was beautiful and spacious. We loved the hot tub! It was located in a serene location. We loved going to the West Kill Brewery for delicious beer and lunch overlooking the beautiful mountains, and we had a yummy dinner at the Pheonica Steakhouse.

Great house but required too much work from us

The house was amazing, very clean and comfortable. I would 100% go back solely based on the house. However, their strict rules would make me reconsider. First they gave us the option of buying insurance for an additional $79 or putting a deposit of $3,500! So we reluctantly opted for the extra charge since we have kids. But at the checkout process they made us pay another required deposit of $500. Overkill! And as we were cleaning up and wanted to make sure we follow all the rules, we looked at the property book and saw a few items that really made us reconsider booking in the future: - we must run the washer with all the towels (why do we need to do the laundry for you?) - we need to run the dishwasher (understood) and we must empty it out placing all clean dishes in the cabinets (who has the time to wait for dishwasher cycle to end the morning you are checking out?) - we must empty all garbages and use a big black garbage bag in the outside bin, which took us a while to find. Any garbage left in the baskets would result in an extra charge of $5 per bag (seriously?) Not sure why they charge a cleaning fee when they make us do all the cleaning!

A fun time upstate

Perfectly located in the Catskills within a few minutes drive from Phonecia! Comfortable, spacious living quarters that were clean and just as shown in the photos! We even got to use the hot tub! Would recommend again!

Mmm, maybe not!

Property from road is pretty. Upon closer inspection it needs some TLC and someone to insure every amenity is clean and in working condition. With so many rules and regulations I was disappointed to find a very dirty oven and crusty pots and pans. Upon removing bed linens on check out day, I discovered a soiled mattress pad. YUCK! Not at all what I have experienced at other VRBO properties. One positive, we met some lovely neighbors!

Great Ski Weekend Away

Gisela was great host and had a beautiful beautiful home! We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the mountain. Perfect access to Hunter mountain and local stores and restaurants. The pictures of this house don’t do it justice .

Hunter Mountain Ski Trip

Great property for skiing at Hunter Mountain. House has all you could need! We had a group of 8-adults - plenty of beds/warm blankets for cold winter nights, hot tub was fantastic after skiing, house is about 15-minute ride from the check in.

4 dudes on motorcycles

4 of us rode in on motorcycles, we had access to the two car garage which fit our bikes woth no issues. House was beautiful and a pleasure to stay in. Will book again next time we go to the catskills.

Beautiful and clean house

This house is beautiful, clean and spacious. I stayed here with my husband and kids and my husband’s cousin and his family. And there’s still space for more people. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed is very comfortable. My husband has sleeping issues and a firm comfortable bed is very important for him. There’s also ample space outside for the kids to run around and play. The house has everything you need. Location is amazing. So close to restaurants, grocery stores. And the owner was easy to communicate with. We all had a lovely stay!

2021 Family Vacation

We chose this property for the location, size of the house, modern conveniences and we had a wonderful time during our stay. Everything about our stay could not have been better. The house was large, clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything that we needed......and more, the pictures were true to our experience. The location was perfect for us, close to many towns for exploring and plenty of outdoor activities. Communication with Gisela was great, she answered emails/questions very quickly. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Nice Getaway

Nice location and close to Phoenicia. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Master bed is comfortable but the others not so much. Beautiful outside back area. Nice hot tub.

Quick Summer Stay

Good location, certainly quiet when compared to our town living. Near quaint town. Note - probably no cell phone service but there is a land line in the house. Ample parking. Enjoyed our stay

A girls’ weekend destination. The property is lovely and very close to town. Check in and and out is easy and straightforward. 😊 Really clear directions about everything in the house rules book too which made it even easier!
