The estate consists of two historic villas, Villa Il Tinaio and Villa Santo Stefano, located approximately 150 meters apart, and a hostel with a capacity of 39 beds.

Although part of the same property, the two accommodations are managed separately to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility:

Hostel Guest Access:
Guests of the hostel only have access to their designated areas, which are the reception and the paths leading to the main road.

Private Villa Areas:
Access to the private areas of the villas (such as gardens, terraces, swimming pools, etc.) is strictly prohibited for hostel guests and is solely reserved for guests staying in the villas.

Management Commitment:
Privacy and quiet are core values for the management. It is of fundamental importance to maintain a clear separation between these two environments (the hostel and the private villas), and all guests are expected to respect these rules.
