Villa Seniola has an inviting private pool, spacious lawn and plenty of room for relaxing in the sun whilst taking in the surrounding countryside and distant sea views. The villa is located on the outskirts of Javea Old Town, with a fabulous selection of shops, bars and restaurants within 15 minute walk. Sandy Arenal Beach is also only a 10 minute drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.
Villa Seniola lies on the outskirts of the Old Town, giving fantastic access to the resort of Javea whilst still being out of the way in amongst orange trees and palms. Ideal for those people who want to be away from it all but still just a stone's throw to all the local amenities! The property is 10 minutes' drive from the main sandy Arenal Beach and a plethora of bars, restaurants and shops, whilst also within easy reach of Javea's Port.
