Home was meticulously updated and clean and close to the beach as advertised - honestly not much of a view of the ocean. It was a bit remote from anything else so be prepared to drive some time to get to anything. 45 min just to a Walmart and 30 min to anything else. Cute town nearby with shops but insanely expensive.

Thank you for the kind words, and we're thrilled you enjoyed your stay! And thank you for reminding guests to stock up before travelling to the outer coast, as shopping out here is limited and, as you stated, insanely expensive. Solitude and uncrowded beaches/hiking trails are the main reason guests travel here, but that does mean some planning and is why we stock basic nonperishable cooking staples and a fresh herb garden. That way guests can focus on recreation rather than last minute grocery runs. Future guests who miss that information in our ad will thank you for the reminder!

This was our second stay at the Sunkissed house and it was just as wonderful as the first time. We really appreciate having thoughtful touches that not all vacation rentals have like bedside tables, dressers, easy access to plug in phone chargers, robes, plenty of bath and beach towels and enough comfortable seating for all of us. Our little granddaughter had fun picking berries and smelling all the flowers and herbs. The one thing that would make it even better would be a small entry bench with coat hooks and shoe storage for sandy shoes just inside the door. Thanks for a great place to make more three generation family beach vacation memories.

We reserved the property through Vrbo but the host sent the entry code to another site, costing us an hour of our evening as we had to travel to a location with cell reception to contact them. The code should have been sent the day before in the “your trip is all set” message. We also asked for the house’s temperature to be lowered, the host agreed, but did not lower it. We had to open windows and doors for it to be cool enough to sleep. The house was beautiful, but we felt micromanaged during our stay.

I was beautiful and love the decoration and well stock. Very nice area close to beach and Ocean shore. If you lucky in evening you will see deers. Love he back yard and very cozy. Chais aren’t comfortably buy are part of back yard. Have to text for heater to be turn on, but was done immediately. Will be back again had a wonderful time and thank you for the hospitality.

Second stay at Sunkissed

Our second stay at Sunkissed was a good as our first: the property is well set up and maintained, and we had everything we need for a most pleasurable stay.

We were very happy with the house, the location, and the support for the dogs. Loved the yard! The kitchen was great, a little small but still functional. My family wants to come back to this place sometime.

Wonderful Stay - Very Comfortable - Lots of Amenities

We enjoyed or stay. We had a full house and appreciated the two full bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The property is well kept with a wonderful enclosed back yard. We really enjoyed the propane firepit and the edible fruit growing in the backyard. There is a TV in every room (4) and plenty of parking. Just a 1 minute walk down to the beach, but we drove as we found it easier to just pack the car up with our beach gear and drive right onto the beach instead of carrying it. We will stay again next time we come to the beach.

We're thrilled you had a great time and found plenty of room for the 8 of you. The back yard is wonderful, especially in late summer with all the fruit in-season. Hopefully you were able to enjoy the upper deck seating looking out toward the ocean -- esp for sunset! One note for future guests -- we find the walk to the beach to take anywhere from 6-9 minutes, depending on the group, or just a 90 sec drive. We hope to see you again soon!
