Encantadora propiedad de playa. A pocos pasos de las playas de arena blanca sin calles para cruzar. Disfruta del surf, paddle surf, pesca o simplemente relájate y mira las puestas de sol más hermosas que puedas imaginar.

La propiedad está totalmente renovada. Nuevas cocinas, baños, muebles y recién pintados por dentro y por fuera. La ubicación está a poca distancia de los restaurantes más populares. La parada de tranvía público se encuentra frente a la propiedad, lo que facilita la visita de Clearwater Beach a St. Petersburgo sin la molestia de conducir y estacionar. Indian Rocks Beach es una comunidad de playa muy tranquila. Tan pronto como llegue, no puede evitar sentir que todo su estrés desaparece. El agua, el sol, largas caminatas en la arena blanca y terminan el día viendo la hermosa puesta de sol.

Great location and super clean!

Peaceful apartment, so easy to walk out to the beach each day. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were a great addition. Thank you Gulf Breeze Inn for a wonderful stay!

Less than 200 steps from the beach, this unit is a nice beach getaway. The accommodations were both comfortable and adequate for our needs.

Ultimate relaxation!

We had a long weekend getaway and enjoyed every minute. From the beautiful walks on the beach to the delicious local fare, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The Gulf Breeze Inn was a quaint and charming little bungalow with everything we needed!

Engagement Stay

This place was perfect to have an engagement weekend near an amazing beach. The perfect environment to pop the question. The host was very accommodating for additional hours on the day we were supposed to leave. Excellent communication. This place is so worth it!

Cute cottage by the beach

We loved our little cottage. Everything we needed was there (except a dish rack),this included really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was only steps to a really nice beach and a huge plus was my friend teaches yoga right there on the beach. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well. The only thing I was disappointed with is you could not open the windows. It was not real hot and I would have preferred that over A/C. Really just a personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again!

True relaxation

This comfy cozy beach house was just what I needed to decompress from life's challenges. I was very impressed from booking to check out. The communication is clear and thorough. The place is so comfortable and clean. It is so close to the water you can hear the waves from the front porch. It was truly a peaceful getaway. I definitely want to return.

Nice stay

Property manager promptly addressed issues we found during our stay (burnout bulb and broken hot water heater). Location was convenient. Free parking, (though spots were a little short for a minivan or large SUV). Bed was comfortable. We didnt use the beach stuff, (weather in 50s), but chairs, wagon, towels were available. Good for a couple; seemed like it would be hard to move around if we had had to use the sofa bed.

Fantastic location steps to a beautiful beach. Quaint apartment to relax by the gulf. The owner and manager were gracious and helped when we needed.

a pleasant stay

We were really happy with our choice of Gulf Breeze Inn. It was comfortable and charming, with a great location at the beach. Short walk to restaurants, and lots of nearby parks and beaches to visit.

Unit was as promised

Close proximity to beach with dedicated parking space. Unit has been completely updated, queen mattress was very comfortable. I would book again, cute place for a quick getaway.

Cute beach condo perfect distance from the beach!

The condo was in a quiet area with a lovely beach just a short walk away. Perfect for a spot to come back to after a long beach day, which is exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely book again when we need a little beach getaway!

Perfect for weekend getaway!

Charming place just steps away from the beach. The location is also walkable to some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Breeze Inn and would be back again in the future.

Great beach cottage steps from the Gulf!

Perfect little beach cottage just steps away from the Gulf and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Cottage offered everything that we needed to relax on the beach. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Cozy beach getaway

Cottage on the ocean

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Breeze Inn! The cottage was clean and super cute. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Born and raised in FLorida and never dreamed I would be lucky enough to own a piece of paradise like the Gulf Breeze Inn. When I bought the property I spend six months renovating the entire property. I wanted guests to be able to relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach and stay in a totally updated apartment with all the modern amenities .
I raised my three daughters in Florida and now have four amazing grandchildren. Whenever possible we all love to spend time together at the Inn.

This property has the "Old FLorida" feel and you are just steps from the beautiful white sand. There are tiki huts on the patio to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink after watching the breathtaking sunsets.
