Encantadora propiedad de playa. A pocos pasos de las playas de arena blanca sin calles para cruzar. Disfruta del surf, paddle surf, pesca o simplemente relájate y mira las puestas de sol más hermosas que puedas imaginar.

La propiedad está totalmente renovada. Nuevas cocinas, baños, muebles y recién pintados por dentro y por fuera. La ubicación está a poca distancia de los restaurantes más populares. La parada de tranvía público se encuentra frente a la propiedad, lo que facilita la visita de Clearwater Beach a St. Petersburgo sin la molestia de conducir y estacionar. Indian Rocks Beach es una comunidad de playa tan tranquila. Tan pronto como llegue, no puede evitar sentir que todo su estrés desaparece. El agua, el sol, largas caminatas en la arena blanca y terminan el día viendo la hermosa puesta de sol.

Beach cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage by the beach. Short stay but was perfect for our needs. Close to the ocean and clean.

Beautiful place in a perfect distance from the beach

Very easy to get to the location, the designated parking spot in front of the unit made it super convenient. The place itself was small but very cozy, My wife and i enjoyed it very much with no complaints. Access to the beach a few feet away was great, we caught the sunset one night and walked the beach at night another night, it was so nice to not have to drive to a place just to do that. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We did not know what to expect as we had never been to the area. The property had everything as advertised including being only steps from the beach. It was very clean and decorated. Excellent location for walking to wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

Exactly as promised. We were greeted upon our arrival by the property manager.

We enjoyed the easy beach access and the many activities available. The unit was clean and the sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Loved accessibility of getting around (jolly trolly is awesome), great coffee at a Paris themed shop, beach was just down the parking lot. Owners were excellent, helpful and attentive. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed and zero issues with anything!

We LOVED our stay here! Location is AMAZING, right on the beach & within walking/driving distance of tons of restaurants. Check-in was easy and the place was super clean. They provided chairs/umbrellas/towels for the beach which was awesome. Loved our stay and plan on coming back!

It was nice, clean, cozy. All the amenities worked had a nice little cabana out front to sit in very close to the beach, easy walking distance. restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Indian Rocks Beach Rental

From the beginning to the end of not wanting to leave it was all we could ask for. Adrianne our host was AMAZING! The location and the clean rental made our (40) year wedding anniversary so memorable. Thank you Betty for your hospitality and beautiful rental. Looking forward to more stays.

Perfect Getaway!

This is such a perfect little place to stay. Just north of town but within walking distance of pretty much everything you'd need. The best part was how close we were to the beach! Adrienne (property manager) was very helpful and fun to just sit an talk to. The Ocean Breeze Inn is its own little beachside community I only wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you for such a fun and relaxing stay!

I am a Florida native and have always enjoyed spending time at the beach with my three daughters and their families. (Four amazing grandchildren). Indian Rocks is a wonderful beach with all amenities in walking distance and yet a very laid back Key West type ambiance. So relaxing. The sunsets are beautiful and the surf is perfect for wading, playing in the water or looking for shells

The location of this property was the determining factor in purchasing the Gulf Breeze Inn. The kitchens and baths are all new as well as all the furnishings. The outside of the property has been updated and onsite parking is available. The property is located just steps from the sand. It has the old Florida beach feel and yet totally updated. The location can't be beat. It is walking distance to several popular restaurants and other services such as "corner store", hair salon and the marina is less than three miles away and golf is less than 5 miles away. It is truly wonderful and the best place to just get away from it all and totally relax.

Rates shown are for 1 bedroom units. The one bedroom units have queen size beds as well as a queen size pull out sofa in the living room The property also has a two bedroom cottage that sleeps 4. All units have a full kitchen with dining area . All units have flat screen TVs in bedrooms and living room, as well as new central air and heat.
