Impresionante alquiler vacacional de tres dormitorios, tres baños, estilo dúplex en Málaga ubicado en un edificio de nueva construcción con ascensor.



Este luminoso y espacioso apartamento de vacaciones en Málaga cuenta con una gran terraza para disfrutar del sol durante todo el día con impresionantes vistas al centro de la ciudad.



En la primera planta, encontrará el dormitorio principal con una cama King Size (180x200cm) y un baño en suite con ducha y grandes armarios.



Por el pasillo, encontrará un segundo baño completo con ducha.



La luminosa sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta cuenta con un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 140 cm, mesa de comedor y sofás. La enorme cocina tiene todo el equipamiento sofisticado que uno pueda soñar en casa. Toda el área está inundada de luz natural gracias a sus ventanales de suelo a techo.



Una gran escalera te lleva al piso de arriba donde encontrarás dos dormitorios más.



La primera habitación tiene una cama doble (160x200 cm) y un baño en suite con ducha. La segunda habitación tiene una cama doble (160x200 cm) con una zona de escritorio.

Ambas habitaciones tienen luz natural que proviene de la terraza.



La amplia terraza de este increíble apartamento de vacaciones en Málaga cuenta con una cocina exterior con barbacoa, nevera, fregadero, placa de cocina, una zona de comedor y estar, y sillas altas con vistas impresionantes sobre la Catedral y la zona de la piscina.



En la parte trasera de la terraza, encontrará una ducha al aire libre para refrescarse, así como una lavandería con lavadora.



La piscina comunitaria está justo al otro lado del patio. Por favor consultar fechas de apertura con la agencia.



También hay una cancha de pádel en el propio edificio.

Our stay at this apartment was a pleasure from start to finish!

The location in the old town was perfect and the apartment contained everything and more that was needed by us. Jose who ‘checked’ us in provided much information and helpfully got us contact numbers for taxis and wheelchair hire as our friend had had an accident just before coming. Lastly the rooftop patio was just sublime and ideal for lazy afternoons as we were attending a festival during our stay. Once the pool is available it will just make the stay more perfect. We will be back!

The apartment has great views, well-appointed and very well stocked. That’s the only good part! With an hour we had discovered a disgusting toilet splattered with excrement. We immediately reported this to Solaga, this is the chat:SOLAGA: Hello Robert. Thank you for message. Our cleaning lady who prepared the apartment is in the office at this very moment and she confirms the toilet was not left in that condition when she finished cleaning today, since it is highly visible.ME: Are you saying we did this?SOLGAGA: Not at all. We just wanted to let you know that we just checked with our cleaning lady. Please excuse if she might have overlooked the toilet during the cleaning process. Please accept our apologies on her behalfME: You should have said that to begin with instead of saying that she ‘confirms the toilet was not left in that condition’!!!!!To resolve this is the cleaner coming back or are you going to let us have some cleaning product?SOLAGA: cleaning products are available either below the kitchen sink or within the closet adjacent to the apartment's entrance.AMAZING!!!! No assistance and we’re paying over 4000 for 2 weeksGenerally showers are grimy, apartment is dirty and dusty, BBQ area is a total mess, coffee machine grounds compartment is green with mould, one shower door is off its runners and another drains so slowly there is a risk of flooding. Beds are uncomfortable and finally THERE IS A GAS LEAK FROM THE BBQ!

A wonderful stay in beautiful duplex apartment

Really clean, spacious , well equipped, comfortable and modern apartment . It was quiet despite central , convenient location. Was easyto walk to almost everywhere we wanted to in Malaga . The pool was clean and we often had to to ourselves Excellent communication beforehand during our stay from Solaga Everything was perfect Thank you

At home away from home

My husband and I love this apartment. We have stayed there during the last two years and will be returning in 2026. It has the best location, a little removed from the craziness of downtown, but still close enough to easily walk to everything. It is also very quiet and private. This apartment has many features in its favor including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good showers, and ample storage. It also has a large roof patio with an outdoor kitchen and a great view of downtown. Solaga, the rental agent, has always been very responsive to any issue or requests and the building is very clean and well cared for.

Absolutely fabulous!

Absolutely fabulous property. Very modern and incredibly well appointed (the best of any property rental). The patio on the rooftop is spacious and offers fabulous views of all of Malaga, incuding the beautifully lit monuments in the evening. Great place to view the fireworks on new year's eve. Very safe and quiet. On a quiet street but within 5 minutes of restaurants and shopping. Easy walking to all attractions. Very responsive property managers.

Myfamily and I had lots of fun !

Central area. Very convenient to visit the highlights of Malaga. Very spacious and comfortable with amazing view. Myfamily and I had lots of fun and the apartment was very relaxing and gave us the ultimate holiday. In addition, there was also a paddle tennis court, that was available when we wanted to train.

The Apartment has everything you need for your stay, It’s a pleasant walk into the Centre and the Marina, the pool is fabulous for a cool down, the rooftop has bbq, fridge and wonderful views of the beautiful City of Malaga. We had a minor technical issue that was remedied very quickly. Maybe put the building name in the location details.

The roof terrace and the view were great. Everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. From the apartment you can reach all the sights and the beach on foot. Great restaurants and shops very close by. We highly recommend the apartment.

Amazing location and space with incredible views! The apartment was lovely and included an amazing rooftop area with a grill. The building has a pádel court for those inclined to playing racket sports and the host provided the equipment. Beautiful apartment with the most stunning views over Malaga! within walking distance of the centre and bars, restaurants & shops. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The roof terrace was awesome and we spent most of our time at the apartment there enjoying the views. Would definitely book again.

This is the nicest accommodation we have had so far!

Ideal accommodation for 23 couples. The terrace and the swimming pool are the two strong points of this apartment. José was great, he explained everything to us and gave us excellent advice.

Even nicer than the pictures!

The Apartment was very large and even nicer than the pictures in the listing. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the terrace in the evenings to wind down. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet as it's a few minutes walk away from the busier parts of the city which was another benefit. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved the beautiful apartment. The rooms, the location, the pool - everything was perfect. Also when something didnt work - there was always someone who came immediately. Thank you very much The kitchen was not that practical, the pans got very easily burnt and hot and there was no oil/salt or some basic stuff. But that was really the only thing.
