The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this modern and bright 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. It's strategically located with a lot of public transportation options including a subway stop one block away and several buses lines on your doorstep.



The Space:

My modern and centry-located duplex apartment with 4 rooms and 140 m2 in the heart of Barcelona, next to Plaza Cataluña on the corner of Paseo de Gracia. A few steps from you will have everything you may need as well as the main attractions of the city.



We manage other apartments in the same building, ideal for business groups and big families!

The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:



- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed

- Bedroom 2: 2 Individual bed

- Bedroom 3: 2 Individual beds

- Bedroom 4: 4 Individual beds

- Step free access into the building, but please note you will need to take the stairs to some of the bedrooms

- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!

Guest Access:

- The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy!

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.

- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.

- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!



The Neighborhood:

Dreta de l'Eixample is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It includes Plaça de Catalunya, the centre of the city, and the upscale streets Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. It is the bourgeois neighborhood of the city, which makes the majority of its population belong to the upper class of Barcelona. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona.



Getting Around:

The closest metro station is Plaça Urquinaona (Lines 1 & 4).

The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***



- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.



- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.



*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***



Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
