Encantadora casa privada de dos pisos a solo 250 pasos de la mejor playa. Está cerca de restaurantes, vida nocturna y actividades familiares. Te encantará la ubicación, la comodidad y las camas cómodas. Es ideal para parejas, viajeros en solitario y familias (con niños). Es una casa adosada de más de 1000 pies cuadrados, 2 dormitorios (queen y dos camas individuales) con 2 baños completos, una cocina bien equipada para la preparación de comidas en el hogar, sala familiar (con sofá cama Queen), lavandería y dos GRATIS plazas de aparcamiento dedicadas justo en frente. Acomoda fácilmente a 4-6 personas.

Las habitaciones y los baños están en el primer piso; la sala / comedor / cocina están en el segundo piso, a los que se accede por una sola escalera. La puerta de entrada está al nivel del suelo (sin escalones).

Top notch condo!

We had such a great time at the condo. It is clean, neat and steps away from the beach. The owners are very considerate. Everything we need were right there. We wished we could stay longer.

Truly cannot beat the price and location.

Overall we had an excellent time staying at this property. There was plenty of space and the condo was clean and adequately furnished. The real selling point for this property is it’s location! It is the shortest walk to a great part of the beach. You could not stay any closer to a beach access for this affordable price. I would not want to ever deter anyone from renting this property, it is a hidden gem. The one problem that stood out for us, was purely a personal preference, but for us it was a big deal. There is one very small TV in the living room with only the basic local channels. We really enjoy watching TV together as a family at night while on vacation. This was impossible, due to the very limited channels and TV that was inadequate for the size of the room. We found ourselves going to bed early due to lack of anything to watch but local news stations. So like I said very personal preference, and if TV entertainment is not a priority for you, this is THE place. Thank you Pam and Steve for allowing us to use your home, we truly enjoyed it!

Tranquil home on a quite street

The townhome was equipped with all of the goods. Filtered water, laundry goods, foil and all cooking needs other than the food itself. Best rental we have ever stayed in.(hawaii, spain, france, italy and florida) Bathrooms were sparkling clean. The patio balcony was great for bird watching. Sad this apt is booked through next March as we would love to stay again this year! Steve was quick to respond (smoke alarm chirped...got a battery and then forgot to put it in). We left some leftover cardinal food for the next guests) We have never seen 6 cardinals in one spot feeding. Neighbors are nice. Restaurant guide from Pam was the best. It was spring break and still no unruly kids on East Beach...more dogs than kids. Each day on the beach people were so sparse on this big beach we could not hear anyone else's conversation. If We had one criticism the pillows were clean but firm. I forgot our pillows. We live on Florida's beautiful beaches and still we love SSI, the best of both worlds, beach and trees. The hiking and bird trails were great. Don't miss the sunrises on the beach. They were stunning. Instructions left for tv, wifi and the like were on point. Thank you Pam amd Steve!

Great Girls Weekend!

The place was just how it looked online. We enjoyed the ease of getting in and out of the condo. Steps away from the beach. Short drive to downtown. The recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed the food and shopping experience. We are going to plan another trip later this summer. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. Perfect spot!

The location is perfect! Very short walk to the beach!! We took our 8 month old twins and it was extremely convenient for all of ours and their needs!!! Pam and Steve made sure everything was perfect and checked in with us multiple times! We will most definitely be back!!

202 Olive Way, St. Simons island stay

This is a very nice cottage and within easy walking distance to the beach. The décor was great. It was perfect for what we needed. The only negative was the front door lock. Despite roughly a dozen entries and exits, I never did get the right amount of up or out, or in or down force to make the keypad lock engage or disengage easily. It was always a struggle. My wife could not make it work at all. If you are a small person, you may not be able to unlock the front door. This should be fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise you may not be able to enjoy the wonderful cottage.

You cannot beat the location and the PRICE! Town home is part of a 10-unit complex on a quiet street within 250 steps to the beach! Great street for children to play out front and ride bikes.

This town home kitchen is fully stocked for all of your meal prep needs. It's the feedback we get the most - "the kitchen was like cooking at home!" Also, we get great reviews for cleanliness - our cleaning person does an amazing job making sure the place is in great condition for your stay. We look forward to hosting you in our town home.
