The townhome that has it all! The location, the view and the decor!

Enter through the front door and you will find the spacious living area with large tv, dining area and kitchen. There is also a half bath located here for easy access.
You can also head out the back door and make your way via the luscious lawn just steps to the beach.

On the second level you will find the Master suite with a King sized bed and a private bathroom. Also on this level you will find a guest bedroom with Twin sized beds and a laundry room each with their own private bathroom.

Lastly, but certainly not least, on the third floor you will find great bonus space which includes a queen bed. This level offers 2 balconies, one of which has ocean views.
There is a mini-fridge, and a half bath. The perfect spot to get away from it all.

Bedding includes:
1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Queen



Top floor requires connecting to Wifi toutcondossi_extension and same password.

Great spot near the beach

We had a great stay here. The location is great! It’s right near the beach and walkable to restaurants. We especially loved the third floor family room with two porches and a lovely breeze.

Ample room, lots of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Loved the ceiling fan in primary bedroom. Very close to beach and walking distance to town

Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for two small kids and us. The location couldn't be more perfect. A 2-minute walk to the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a great week.

loved the top floor however many stairs and always something down on the first floor location excellent easy walk to villiage/pier and beach just across road limited view from top balcony but nice spot to relax

Sweet Spot for SSI

Wonderful stay at St.Simons! Location was everything, you can walk to beach across the street. Kids had so much fun searching for blue crab in the water! Pier Market & Mallory St nearby for dining & shopping options. We had a great time relaxing with family. Visited the SSI Lighthouse, Jekyll Island & took a beautiful sunset cruise & spotted a HUGE dolphin pod! Cannnot wait to visit again!

Great location, easy beach access

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Place had plenty of room for our family of four. My son enjoyed the 3rd floor room as his bedroom as it had a sofa bed. Only outdoor balcony/porch space is off the 3rd floor so keep that in mind. Easy access to beach...cross street and go down beach access about 50 yards. Great time and we recommend this to future VRBO's.

Excellent Location

Walk out of the backyard, cross the road and you can access the beach, amazing convenient. Great location! House clean and comfortable. Spacious for family of 4, two half baths and two full baths. All appliances well maintained. Throwing the trash a bit of a pain, got to walk to dumpster, lock on dumpster not easy to open.

The property was as described. Proximity to the beach and the beach access was excellent. The property is located within a short drive from the old town area and the commercial areas. My only issue was with the communication with the owners prior to check in. Note, I did not use the app, so that might have made things smoother. There was conflicting information with the access code and the unit we were renting. Also, the other times that I have used VRBO, I could access my payment information and pre pay before the due dates and also change the credit card information, these were not options with this property. However, I was able to use the contact phone number to get the information that I needed in a timely manner.

Great unit and location

We stayed in another unit in this same Complex last year and we really enjoyed this unit more. It was cleaner, had very nice furniture, and the beds were comfy. It was right across from beach access.

Great condo steps away from the beach

Our family of three was looking for a great place moments away from the beach. We found out it! Booking this place was easy as well as check-in/check-out. And the property looked as it did in pictures! We recommend and would stay there again.
