This location was fantastic, easily could walk to all the areas we wanted. Lots of space and room for the family as well.

Great location. We walked to most places we went to, museums, tour meeting spots etc. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to stay home. The washer and dryer were a tremendous help as we didn't have to pack as many clothes. Note: This was not like a standard "U.S" unit. Take the time to check out the settings to get the best use out of it. Washer/dryer is self contained and took a little longer than usual to get the job done. Wash overnight and you'll be fine. Air Conditioning was nice to have. A great place that I highly recommend!

Pretty helpful and responsive host, place was clean and spacious, and ac’s and water heater worked well! Would’ve appreciated more blankets because it could get a bit cold at night but other than that, a very comfortable stay! :) LOCATION WAS AMAZING saved so much money on transportation.

Great location but very dark. Pictures do not accurately show natural light. No lighter left to use the stove. Check in was challenging due to having to meet someone in person. Beds were not very comfortable. Very cluttered with books and knick-knacks. Air conditioning worked but not very effective. Very strange layout of the kitchen. Definitely needs some significant updating.

Let’s start with the positive. Award winning photographer of the unit for listing. Location.Otherwise, there is a disconnect with communication. Not sure if because the listing is through a company and not a private owner. They messaged me about 4 times via VRBO message and whatapp asking when I will arrive, which is nice. I answer every time and also included pictures of my train ticket. I wasn’t getting confirmation and left me wondering if anyone would show at the unit on arrival. It was a warm day and the air conditioner did not work well. My family and I could not sleep in the heat. Complained about the air and asked for fans. 4 days later they messaged back and I said too late. We are checking out. I checked my email every day and then all of a sudden there was a message dated a few days back. Very confusing and speaking of which the agent did not know how to get us on WiFi. He then texted me the password and it did not work. Showers did not make sense. Only way to shower was by holding the wand in hand. Otherwise in the mounted position it would spray across the room. The windows are historic and cool at first but they did not shut completely making it impossible for the air to work properly even if they were functioning correctly. Lesson is to use private listings and not a management company. Oh and when you do message someone they refer you to someone else. Hey! I’m on a trip and don’t have time to track people down all day.

The apartment was spacious and in an amazing location. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in, but had issues with our train causing us to have to keep delaying our arrival. The host was responsive during this as well as throughout our entire stay! We visited during a heat wave and while the apartment has AC it does not work well at all (especially in the back bedroom). On top of that the back bedroom is two mattresses put together/kept together by a sheet making a divot in the middle and it harder to sleep on. The streets were very loud at night and early in the morning. This is to be expected as the location is central and I had read this in past reviews. However, even with a sound machine it was still difficult to drown out the noise and sleep. You could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around as well. The showers were weird and the showerhead did not stay up and kept falling down. Overall, it did the job, the host was responsive, and was in a great location!

Stay was great. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Florence at a reasonable price. The restaurant right next to the apartment (Aqua al 2) is a must!

Safe and Prime Location

The apartment is spacious and pretty. It is also in a prime location for walking the city or catching taxis to the airport. We had a great time exploring Florence and beyond from this home. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Trip of a lifetime

We spent several days at this property. Layout was more odd than the photos show. Bed was very saggy and uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. We made the best of it and still enjoyed our stay. The people were nice enough to work with.

San Firenze House

This place is in the most perfect location possible! You can walk to all the attractions in Florence. I highly recommend this property. The restaurant on the corner is fantastic (make a reservation). The upstairs neighbors pounded on the floors one night to let us know we were too loud and yelled at us down the hallway the next morning, but other than that there were no issues.

Great location, very odd layout

Unbeatable location, clean, spacious. Perhaps the strangest layout of an apartment I’ve ever seen, including a shower in a closet, but technically all as described. I wish I had known there was no coffee for the machine to at least get us started before being able to get to the store for the correct pods. But overall a fine apartment and central to everything.

Great location tired furniture

This was a great location. The furniture is in very poor shape. One of the chairs webbing is gone so they set a piece of plywood, not secured, in the seat and a loose cushion on top. The sofa nearly touched the floor when you sit and when you get in the master bed you roll to the middle. Overall nice place. Enjoyed the stay. Making the updates would make it a 5 star.
