Spacious property with ample accommodations

Property is in a a great location with lots to do. Big lawn area, pickleball court, basketball court, volleyball court, outdoor pool, indoor pool, has everything you need without ever having to leave the property. It could use some updating as it's starting to show its age and wear and tear. Family had a fantastic time!

Awesome reunion spot

We had a great time at this property. It’s right in town but hidden off the road in a beautiful park like setting. The indoor and outdoor pool, volleyball court and pickleball court were really fun. There was a theater style room that we had family devotionals in. There were two ranges, two microwaves and two fridges and that made everything great with cooking for our large party. It was awesome!

So Much Room and So Much To Do!!

Our family, ages 5 to 68, loved the spaciousness and options for activities in this home. The huge kitchen had everything! The property manager, Kim, was always so helpful with everything. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation house!

Great home

This was a great home for our family reunion. We really enjoyed the large kitchen space. This allowed for us to all eat together and was one of several places we were all able to spend some time together. The amenities were great, we fully utilized both pools and the hot tub. The pickle ball court was fantastic, many people were able to play for their first time. Had the weather been better for more of the time we would have taken advantage of more of the yard. We were able to schedule a family picture while we were there. The large yard provided plenty of options for a back drop. The only two complaints we had was that the listing stated there were bikes available, those were nowhere to be found. The other, several of the beds are very hard, and I mean very hard. One in particular felt like you were sleeping directly on the floor, even members of the family that love firm beds felt those beds, particularly the one, was just way to hard.

Fun by the pool

Our family had a blast. I thought our grandkids were going to grow fins and gills. We had problems with checking in, there should have been a backup property manager. But overall we had a great time.

Great place to stay but could use some updating

The house was clean and check in was a breeze as the manager was there to show us around and explain everything. The patio door outside did not lock but the patio door to the inside small pool did. However, there is no child proof lock on the inside patio door, so we had to jury-rig one with a bungee cord while we were there. The internet stopped working the third day we were there, and the commercial ice maker was broken as they were waiting for a part. The manager said he would bring a couple of bags of ice for us but never did. Several of the bathroom drain plugs would not stay open which were never attended to while we were there after reporting them to the manager. Two of the toilets were running and you had to jiggle the handle to stop them from running and sometimes the chains would fall off. We also found one cockroach in one of the bedrooms that was alive.

Excellent place

We hosted a family reunion for 35 people and this was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, private pool for the kids and access to anyplace in town. Highly recommend for large groups needing space.

Wonderful place for our family reunion

Kim was wonderful to work with and was very prompt to respond to issues we had and got things fixed that needed fixing. One suggestion would be to put the ping pong and/or foosball tables in the indoor pool area so it is more easily accessible. Also, getting a new net for the ping pong table would be good. We had a great time! Thank you!

Amazing venue for an extended family

This is our second time to hold an extended family reunion at this home. We have over 30 of us when we are all together. This home comfortably sleeps us all - meal prep is simple in the wonderful updated kitchen and there is seating for everyone to sit down and eat. The two swimming pools keep everyone entertained, along with pickleball, basketball, volleyball and a huge grassy area for games and other sports. There's plenty of parking and it is set back off the road just enough to feel secluded. The property manager, Kim, is so helpful and was very responsive to any and all questions and requests. You won't be sorry if you book this home!!!

Perfect family gathering place

Our family gathered here and it was awesome. The home and property is large enough to accommodate large gatherings and still give anyone that wants it privacy. The home is segmented into four areas with the central access being the kitchen and great room. There are secret passageways inside and walking paths with many animals outside. My family enjoyed the home and property. We will be back.

Would do it again in a heartbeat.

A fabulous place with lots of rooms offering privacy. Fantastic for a family reunion. There were 28 of us and there were ample bathrooms, gathering places, and serving areas. We loved the long, long kitchen island. Our group made very ample use of the outdoor pickleball court, volleyball area and basketball court.. beautiful trees on the property and plenty of parking. We had the feeling of a very private setting.

Easter vacation

This is a great and versitle place. You have so many options for indoor and outdoor activities. It is centrally located to golf, shopping, and Veto where we bought the best pies! Highly recommend this place!

Great large home for a family reunion of 30! Isolated from others, and large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Everyone loved the pool. Kim, the property manager was great to work with and filled every request.

River House

We love staying at the River House in St. George! We do feel like as each year passes, the prices go up and the condition of the house declines! It would be nice if they would update the house a bit. We were unhappy that there weren’t any dish cloths in the kitchen and only 1 roll of paper towels for 35 people for a 3 night stay! We also had cockroaches inside the house and garage. But all that aside, we love the roominess of the home and the pool is lovely!! I’m sure we will return!!

Amazing Venue for a Reunion!

Having everyone under one roof was such a plus. More visiting/catching up among adults and bonding time for cousins! With basketball court, volleyball court and two pools, we just wanted to stay in. We highly recommend the property and it’s amazing manager Kim!

Great for Family Reunions

We had a group of 28 people and never felt crowded. The outdoor pool area is where we spent most of our time. We loved exploring the area, especially Zion National Park. The property manager was very responsive when a couple of things happened, and resolved any issues. My family fell in love with the house and the amenities, and they would all love to come back for another reunion.
