Spend some time picking fresh fruit from our large variety of fruit trees or explore the walking trails inside the property. This exclusive location offers spectacular views of the Carara National Park mountains and peek-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean. BBQ Pavillion, Pool, and a tennis court for the sole use of our guests!

Independent estate with Mediterranean style situated on acres filled with fruit trees and wildlife. Hacienda Paradiso is ideal for those who like seclusion while enjoying the comfort of the country hacienda living. You can expect to see Scarlet Macaws, Hummingbirds and Toucans flying by the house as well as visits from Iguanas, Butterflies, Fireflies and Dragonflies.

This single-story house has 4 bedrooms and sits on top of a hill with views of the Central Pacific Mountains.

The main living area, kitchen, and dining area are open and flow onto the poolside terrace with an outstanding infinity pool and BBQ area, making this home ideal for entertaining. The high ceilings in the living areas allow abundant natural lighting into the home and the glow of the beautiful sunsets.

The spacious kitchen has lots of storage and cabinets as well as plenty of workspace on the granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for meal preparations. The dining and living room areas are very spacious and have a view of the Pool and outside Vistas. Hacienda Paradiso has all you need for relaxation, comfort, and enjoyment. Including 3 smart TVs and fiber optic internet.

The private family wing of the house is separate from the social areas, 4 Bedrooms. Sleeps 10 people.

- Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, closet, and a/c. This bedroom has breathtaking views of the Carara National Park and has independent access to the pool deck through sliding glass doors, with Its own en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom #2 with one queen-size bed also has a/c and independent access to the pool deck. This bedroom shares the bathroom with common areas.
- Bedrooms #3 & #4 are at the end of the hallway providing a peaceful and quiet environment. Both of these bedrooms have a/c, a queen-size bed and a twin bed, they share a bathroom through an independent door.

- Washer and dryer can be made available upon request
- 3 Fridges on-premises (Kitchen, BBQ Pavillion, and a small one inside bedroom #2)
- Our caretaker/security lives just inside the property. His house is located next to the main gate. If any issues come up with the house at all please let me know directly if for any reason I cannot be reached you may ask Oscar for help.
- Covered carport available for up to 2 cars, 4 cars can be parked in total.
- The first bathroom has security bars installed and a "sit-down" shower chair can be made available.
- Jacuzzi has massage jets, it does not heat.
- The Tennis court is for day use ONLY.
