This large, 4-bedroom beach house offers privacy to get away from the crowd, or to give kids and adults a little space to "Keep Calm and Carillon".
 
The 1st floor boasts of a large open floor plan with two seating areas and large screen TV. The dining area and breakfast bar seats up to 12 guests comfortably. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops.  There is a Queen bedroom behind the kitchen area. Just inside the back door entrance there is a bathroom for your convenience.  The back deck offers a table and chairs. There is a gas grill and outside shower. The spacious, relaxing front porch is screened in.

Keep Calm and Carillon is steps away from the beach via walk-over #8 and the Carillon Lake Pool.  A set of complementary beach chairs (2 chairs) and pads with one umbrella are set up for you daily at walk over #8 (March 1 - Oct 31). Keep Calm and Carillon is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
 
PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30. No pets permitted.
