Villa Sunset is a fabulous and spacious villa first row to the sea in the quiet village of Sevid at the end of an peninsula. Stunning far-reaching views of the turquoise waters of the Adriatic can be enjoyed from the large terraces, the perfect setting for Sunset drinks. The villa has a fabulous 28 sq m heated infinity pool and large sunbathing terrace, 2 BBQ grills and a summer kitchen. The nearest beach is directly in front of the villa.
The main villa has been fully renovated with brand new decoration and appliances in 2021 and comprises a large open plan living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has ADSL broadband internet and a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon and Pay TV Movie package, including HBO and Cinemax.
Off the living room are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite shower room with WC. There is a second double bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a room with 2 single beds. There is a second large shower room with WC.
In front of the main villa is a large dining terrace with BBQ grill where you can enjoy stunning views.
On the upper level is the main terrace with swimming pool which is heated to enjoy off-season as well. And here you will also find the summer kitchen and a second BBQ grill and a dining area.
At the back of the terrace is a studio apartment that comprises 1 large room split by a dividing wall set up with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. It has an en-suite shower room with WC. The studio has a TV with Pay TV Movie package, including HBO and Cinemax.
The villa sleeps in total 9 persons.
There is parking for 2 cars on site and more in front of the house
The nearest main town is Marina which is 10 km away. Both Trogir and Rogoznica are 15 km away.
