This Villa boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining & lounging area (sunny & shady all day long)- all in front of the 72m2 infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon- and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the resort). The Villa is ideal for couples, or families with children, vacationing together who enjoy being together in the spacious pool area and common rooms, but may still want some privacy. A main entrance, on the pool level, opens to the dining room, living room and kitchen. On the same floor is a Master bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground level, are two large bedrooms, a kitchenette with washing machine and a storage room, and a shared bathroom.

The brilliant white interiors and exteriors and the subtle tasteful decorations reflect the Mykonian-elegance the island is known for, so you can totally immerse yourself in the spirit of the island. The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service-so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the periphery of the estate- so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix- to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat screen TVs- so everyone can watch, back-up generators- to face the frequent local electric shortages, a desalination plant- so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control.
