Moderno, Reformado Suite Vista al Mar a nivel del suelo

Muy bien decorado con la nueva construcción total. Nos unimos a dos habitaciones de ganarse la vida, comedor, cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha y zona de cocina separada de la zona de dormitorio con dos camas tamaño queen, sofá y un baño de tamaño completo. Esta suite de dos habitaciones está situado en la planta baja para que nuestros clientes pueden disfrutar de la terraza de baldosas con un césped y una hermosa vista del océano. Estará a sólo unos pasos de la piscina. Más allá de la piscina que una baraja de baño con vistas al mar y la playa, donde encontrará los pasos bajando a la playa de arena sedosa de Cancún, con sus aguas azul turquesa azul / verde. Disfrutar sentado en la piscina o descansar en la playa bajo una palapa. Miriam, nuestro administrador de la propiedad en el sitio, que se reunirá el día de su llegada y estar cerca para ayudar con cualquier pregunta que tenga o para ayudar a que la amarilla excursión especial.

Esta suite se encuentra en un condominio privado en el extremo sur de la zona hotelera, a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto. El está situado en el extremo tranquilo de la zona hotelera, pero sólo 8 millas de Hard Rock Café y muchas más áreas para ir de fiesta. El primer centro comercial es un tiempo rápido de 3 millas, el segundo est�� a sólo 5 millas y muchos más a medida que continúe Norte en la zona hotelera. Los restaurantes locales son un rápido paseo oa un corto trayecto en autobús o taxi.

Fantastic property, optimal location for us.

Miriam was our host; she met us as we arrived and provided a lot of details that we're very helpful for our stay. We rented condo room 3007 which has a wonderful walk out at ground level towards the pool. This property provided kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved the property, the view, the location, the ability to walk the beach, jump on local bus for 12 pesos, swim in the pools.

Great vacation

The condo is in excellent condition! Very Tastefully renovated with two great baths to use! Beds are comfortable and clean. Great beach. Miriam is a joy and always available to help with anything you need, she goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely be back. No complaints.

Nice location.

Miriam was an absolute delight as a host. We began communicating upon booking and her replies were quick and, informative. We had an issue with the hot water and, Miriam was quick to send over maintenance. We would definitely use this rental company again but, maybe stay a little farther north to be closer to restaurants.

Awesome Stay!

We stayed at Solymar during Christmas week, 2017 and had an awesome stay. The condo was everything that was described and very well furnished. We really appreciated the little extras like the shampoo, soap, beach towels and so much more. It was the perfect place to just sit and relax. It was wonderful having a unit on the first floor. Miriam the property manager was fabulous and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our very early arrival at the airport. We will definitely return again!

Miriam waited for us to give us checking info at 1am and some groceries she bought for us which was very generous on her part. The condo was in excellent conditions and had all appliances and anything u would need to cook food.

Beautiful, Modern, and Amazing

Our stay here was above and beyond our expectations; the condo and Miriam were amazing! Everything is modern, up to date, and spacious. We had our own personal beach, pool, and restaurant right outside our door. Miriam was absolutely amazing! She met me at the front steps, had instructions and a map to get around, as well as provided water. She let me check in early/ out late due to my flight times; her customer service was exceptional. This condo is located about 10 mins from the strip and it's great for families, couples, girls trip, etc. I will definitely stay here again if I visit the city. Thanks for everything!!

Second time at this location

Me girlfriends and I had an awesome weekend. This is the second time I stayed here. I prefer the condo right on the beach but we only had three of us and opted for the smaller condo. Miriam handled everything for us and is the main reason I came back. Thanks for being so awesome!

Great spot for family trip!

We loved staying at SolyMar! Our condo was clean, comfortable and 100 steps from the beach. I counted! Having the little restaurant right on the beach was great or snacks and drinks. We were able to take the bus easily to get to dinners and other places in Cancun. The hosts were amazing - always responsive. Miriam met us and walked us through the condo and amenities. She was lovely. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacation!

We stayed here for one week in June 2018 and it was perfect for our family of six! We loved the place. It was clean and very modern. We loved that it was on the ground floor and the view from the terrace was perfect. There was always plenty of parking and my kids loved the pool. We also loved that we were only a few steps away from the beach and we also got to see a sea turtle laying eggs late at night! I want to thank Lynette and Miriam for always answering my questions and for greeting us when we arrived. We will be definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Fantastic vacation stay

This condo is perfect. 2 levels, with the living room leading out to a patio with table & chairs and straight to the pool. Just beyond that is the beach. The kitchen is perfect, and the air conditioners work really well. The pool & beach toys are an extra plus. Parking is easy. It right off the main street, so it is very easy to take a bus or drive to the main area. The beach is nice and quiet, no hawkers, not many people. Also, there are beach chairs just for the condo use, which is very convenient. Check in was very easy - Miriam was very helpful.

Perfect

This was a great apartment for our vacation. Miriam, the on-site contact, was very responsive, friendly and overall wonderful. The apartment had everything you needed including towels, beach towels, paper products, shampoo/conditioner, Pack and play/high chair. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Nice condo. Hotel needs more upkeep along with pool.

Condo itself is very nice with a great scenic view of the beach. Only thing missing was a washer and dryer in unit but is available on hotel property for a fee and is washed by Hotel staff and turned back to you within 24 hours. Manager was very attentive to our needs. The TV remote volume button was not working properly. I called manager for a universal remote replacement what we ended up getting was an entirely new TV set. Pool needs to be re-tiled. Driveway at front entrance is run down. Place is not well lit up at night. Taxis readily available on site. What we would do is walk down driveway to get the bus to get into the main strip which is only 10 min away. The R1 and R2 bus is what you take and runs 24 hours and passes quite often.

Very nice! Convenient and modern. Great beach location

The 2 unit condo makes for a great use of space, with bedroom upstairs and the living area downstairs at ground level, you just walk out to the pool and beach. Updated appliances and decor. Solymar staff is attentive, even though the condo area are independent from the regular hotel rooms. Away from the main strip and loud activities, even the beach feels 'private' as it not as crowded as all inclusive resorts. Miriam the manager is very organized and attentive.

Perfect location , in hotel zone but not!

I just returned from my trip to Cancun, I stayed in this lovely condo. The location is perfect it's in the hotel zone towards the end so away from all the loud music and traffic but just a five minute bus ride or so into the party area. Has a pool with the bar or you could walk down to the beach area that is for the residence only, you have your own private beach area with security, nice little huts and Beach chairs to lay on . And the owner is very nice and communicates very well and replies rather quickly. Mariam the The property manager, was great to work with. She provided all the information needed before and after our stay. She was waiting for us to Arrive to welcome us and give us a little bit of information about Cancun, the property, and the condo . I definitely recommend! I can't wait to go back! hope to be staying here again! THANK YOU Lynette and Mariam!

Cozy condo with a cute patio

An apartment on the beach. Ground level and nice kitchen including stove and gas oven. Many great restaurants just a bus ride away. Mall shopping within minutes. Many activities in the area including lobster cruises, parasailing, scuba diving and snorkeling. Manager, Miriam is at your service for any special requests. She is bilingual and classy and always available to help. This unit is clean and very comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you rent this cozy condo with a cute patio.
