Pier Pressure is a professionally designed 2BR/2.5BA condo located in the heart of Cocoa Beach.Once you park your vehicle in your personally designated space, you will be able to walk to almost everything.When you go on vacation, you want to feel pampered and feel like you are somewhere special but with the comforts of home. Pier Pressure incorporates all of that within its design. No need to bring anything except yourself and personal belongings.We will take care of the rest.Come, Relax, Enjoy.

The condo is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You will love the location because you can walk to almost anything from here. Walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier to play volleyball , take a surf lesson, or grab some lunch on the pier. There are also food trucks and sweets as well.

You are also close enough to walk to other restaurants on the beach or many more within blocks of the condo.

There is also plenty of shopping within walking distance including the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, which is the largest surf shop in the world. The area is safe and there is plenty to do within walking distance. If you want to jump in the vehicle, you can explore much more as well with an easy 10-15 minute drive.

You will have access to the entire condo unit 205, the pool, putting green, and private beach area.

When you arrive at Pier Pressure, you will have your own private parking spot. Grab your bags and walk upstairs to unit 205. Once you walk in, you will be greeted with a professionally designed condo that will take your breath away.

As you walk in, there will be a half bath to your right and the kitchen is just beyond that. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you will need to make all your family favorites. The Kitchen features

-Pots and pans
- Baking sheets
- Blender
- All other cooking supplies/utensils needed
-Keurig with a handful of K-cups
- Creamer and sweetener is provided for you.

We never want a guest to get in late at night and wake up the next morning without coffee. It's a daily staple for many, and we personally know that a morning without coffee just isn't right. We got you covered to get your stay off right.

Once you walk past the kitchen, it opens up to a dining area that seats six, plus bar stools to sit along the bar for an additional 4 seats.

The dining area opens up to a vast living area that has access to your own private balcony overlooking the heated pool with views of the ocean. The living area features many board games and a 70" top of the line Samsung Smart TV with cable so you don't miss any live sporting events or other live shows you want to view while on vacation. From the main living area, it will feel like you are looking out over the pier.

We call the condo "Pier Pressure" because we often wake up in the mornings and enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony. After coffee and some breakfast, we make our way to the beach. We often have great intentions of coming back and making lunch or dinner, but the famous Cocoa Beach Pier often persuades us into walking there instead. The pressure of seeing it every day while on the beach, pushes us to walk over and visit. It has become one of our family's favorite places to eat. We are so often pressured by the site of the pier, hence the name, Pier Pressure. We think you will understand this once you see it.

Two bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs. Both of the bedrooms are very spacious with room to spread out. Both bedrooms feature Premium Vodyssey Sleep system mattresses that are so comfortable, you might not want to get out of bed in the morning. Plus with luxury bamboo sheets covering you up, it makes it very soft and comfy. It's hard not sleeping in your own bed when on vacation, but you won't have to worry about comfort while at Pier Pressure. We got you covered and you won't be disappointed.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with the Premium Vodyssey Sleep system mattress and bamboo sheets, top of the line Samsung Smart TV's with cable included with views of the pool and ocean out your window.

Pier Pressure is one of the few condos that offers it's own private washer and dryer for your use. We all love the sand, but you don't always want to bring it back with you in your suitcase. With your own private washer and dryer, you can wash the sand off so you don't have to do that when you get back home. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for you as well. We got you covered.

The master bath features updated custom tile shower with luxury Soap Box shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with sea minerals and blue iris. You don't need to pack any soaps when vacationing at Pier Pressure, just bring your personal belongings and we will cover the rest.

The second bedroom features a full bed, plus a bunk bed with two full sized beds. There is an additional twin trundle bed under the bunk bed if additional sleeping locations are needed. All the beds have the Premium Vodyssey Sleep system mattresses and luxury bamboo sheets. There is also a top of the line Samsung Smart TV's with cable included. The second full bath has a tub/shower combo with luxury Soap Box shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with sea minerals and blue iris. Again, no need to bring any of those essentials. They are all provided for you.

We love the separation of the bedrooms upstairs and main living area below. We tend to wake up earlier than our children or guests who stay with us and it's convenient to go downstairs and prepare morning coffee with the provided Keurig and supplies. With the separation of the bedrooms, you won't have to worry about waking up others. You can enjoy some morning quiet time before getting started with your day.

Pier Pressure is amazing inside, but once you get outside, there is so much more to see and do. A large heated pool is available to use with pool lounge chairs. The pool features a fence with safety child locks, so no need to worry about your children accessing the pool if they get out of your site.

Just a 60 second walk from the pool allows you access to Pier Pressure's private beach area. Beautiful Cocoa Beach sands and smells fill the air with those amazing sounds of crashing waves.

When you come back from the beach, there are two outdoor showers to rinse everything off so you don't have to worry about dragging sand everywhere. We all love the sandy beach, but nobody wants to bring it back with them.

Once you have had your fill of the pool and beach, you can always grab the provided putter and golf balls and get some practice in on the putting green. It provides great fun for the kids and adults of all ages.

There are also charcoal grills available to be used in the grassy area overlooking the pool and beach if you want to grill out for lunch or dinner...if the Pier hasn't pressured you to grab a meal there.
