Bienvenido al condominio 403. Vista de la playa recientemente remodelada, 4 ° piso, condominio de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños tiene una vista increíble del Golfo desde su balcón. Suelos de baldosas de madera en toda la unidad. Plan de piso abierto con una nueva cocina, gabinetes y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Gran sala se abre a comedor y sala de estar. Nuevos muebles en el salón y ambos dormitorios junto con nueva ropa de cama. Maestro tiene una cama king y habitación tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo. Camas completas tienen nidos debajo. Ambos dormitorios tienen televisores y también lo hace el salón. Balcón tiene una excelente vista del Golfo .. Wi-Fi gratis

El Sea Shell Condominium es un complejo cerrado con 49 unidades. Para su conveniencia, este condominio es administrado actualmente por nuestro personal amigable en el sitio. Si viaja con una GRAN FIESTA, podemos ayudarlo a alquilar MÚLTIPLES CONDOMINIOS, todos en el mismo edificio y, por lo general, muy juntos. Estancias mínimas de 3 noches solo están disponibles en unidades seleccionadas. Nuestra oficina de alquiler se encuentra en las instalaciones para facilitar el check-in y check-out, y para ayudarlo con la información del visitante y otras necesidades. Contamos con check-in después de horas disponibles para aquellos que tienen planes de viaje atrasados, las llaves y toda la información de llegada estará en su paquete personalizado.

Parrillas para barbacoa, salones de playa, toallas de playa, elevadores, lavandería, piscina climatizada, estacionamiento cubierto asignado (uno por unidad), canales HBO y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita son algunas de las comodidades que ofrece Sea Shell.


El condominio está ubicado directamente en Siesta Key / Crescent Beach, clasificada como la playa número 1 en los EE. UU. Estamos a la izquierda del puente Stickney Point, cerca de restaurantes y centros comerciales. La arena en Crescent Beach fue calificada como "La arena más fina del mundo" en el Great International Sand Challenge en 1987 superando a más de 30 participantes.

A pocos pasos del Sea Shell, encontrará Point of Rocks, una zona rica en formaciones de coral y colorida vida marina que es perfecta para practicar esnórquel o buceo.

Started with a great front lobby staff (Carla) I do believe. Perfect place on the beach, good view from the balcony. Right on the beach, walking distance or free trolley so no need for a rental car. Pool was nice. Condo was as described. Had a great stay at Seashell!

Do not stay here!!!!! When we arrived, the first thing we see is a cockroach crawling under the kitchen table. Then the smell hits you, it’s a musty, mildew, mold smell that burned your nose with every breath you take. After much investigating we found black mold in the master shower, which tells me that it most likely had not even been cleaned. We did let them know and they sent some one up to “investigate”. We had a candle burning, that we had to buy, to try and get rid of some of the smell and that’s all they could smell they said. They did take the dirty items that we told them about and replace them and they did send a cleaning crew up to our condo but without our knowledge. My husband was on the balcony working, so that’s how we found out they were going to clean. We also encountered stains on master bed comforter and pillow and blood stains on a pillow located in the closest. We then went to other bedroom and bathroom and saw extra blankets in the closest that looked to be just thrown in there and also had stains all over them. This definitely does not make you feel like crawling into a bed to sleep. We also found it to be very hot at night at which we tried to turn the air lower but was unable to get it to go below 70 degrees. We found it very uncomfortable to sleep. There were also many nights that we had cold/luke warm water for a shower. Definitely a great location on the beach but not a great condo!

The only reason I didn't put a 5 star review is because initially our room was not properly cleaned and also because there are no washing machines. Other than that the location was awesome.

Nice area love Siesta Key. Good access to the beach. I would s Great area love Siesta Key.. Good access to the beach but would recommend restrooms near beach access. Pool is behind building so it is not very sunny and it is small but has restrooms. The floors were filthy. Doesn’t look like it is being done after checkout .

Loved it!

The condo was great, it’s on the 4th floor so the view from the balcony is nice. The location is great, and it’s just a free shuttle away from siesta village. The pool was very small, and in the front of the building, so we never used it. Meanwhile, the property was in the beach so getting to the beach was easy and loungers are provided. Just across the street you can rent paddle boards, bikes and kayaks. Overall we were very pleased with the condo. We had 2-18 year old boys, and a 13 year old boy and had plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with supplies to cook meals, although the toaster didn’t work, but who cares. I’d rent from here again!

Would definitely stay again

Sea Shell Condos was the perfect property for our stay. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was big enough for our family of 4 adults. The lounge chairs that guests are allowed to use at no charge was a nice benefit. It’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants. I would recommend it to friends.
