Serviced apartment for monthly rental: fully furnished and equipped, quiet and bright apartment/flat (100 m2, 3BR, 2BA) in Eixample central location: Quadrat d'Or (Golden Square). The Quadrat d’Or is the part of the Eixample located between Calle Aribau and the Paseo de Sant Joan, around the Paseo de Gràcia.
Located in classic Modernist Eixample building two blocks from Paseo de Gracia, close to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market de la Concepción.

LIVING ROOM: Light living/dining room/studio-gallery with full wall window/balcony overlooking quiet garden and interior patio of block. 7 seats. Dining: Adjoining dining area with 6 seats. High chair on request.

BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms (all with built-in closets) Sleeps 5 in Beds.
-Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed (160 x 200 cm) or 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm.) on request.

- Separate modern kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop/hob, oven, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes & utensils.
- Pantry Items: We provide an initial kit of some staple items, such as condiments, olive oil, vinegar, etc.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
- Inside the flat and separate, equipped with Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer and Iron & Board.
- Provided an initial kit of supplies such as laundry soap , detergent, fabric softener and water softener.

PARKING (optional, not included): there are one private car, bicycles and motorbikes parking on the same block within 100m.
The majority of the historical buildings in the Eixample neighbourhood do not have their own car park.

Nice Apartment
We returned to Barcelona for the first time since COVID sent us home in March of 2020. Eloy's apartment is in a fabulous location. The apartment faces the center open area, so it is very quiet at night. Unfortunately, it was not as quiet in the daytime because the apartment above was undergoing renovation. The good news for future renters is that the construction should be finished and quiet will return! The women who work with Eloy in managing this apartment were attentive during checkin and in keeping the apartment clean during our stay. The bed was comfortable. Eloy was always prompt in answering our questions and he provided a drying rack and market cart when I requested those items shortly before beginning our stay. There was a "welcome" pack of a few food and beverage items to get us started and some coffee, tea, olive oil, and vinegar. The neighborhood has a wealth of convenient shops and restaurants, including my favorite bakery, Forn Sant Josep. If you are staying here, be sure to try Bar Malatxa on the corner of Mallorca and Bruc and Embat, one block to the east on Mallorca. Excellent food and good people who own and run these restaurants.

Perfect experience - we'll stay again!
What a wonderful spot in Barcelona! We stayed for nearly six weeks, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. This was our first-ever VRBO so we were nervous about not staying in a hotel - but we're SO glad we chose Eloy's apartment because we had a much better authentic experience in a beautiful, friendly historic neighborhood. Eloy made us feel at home right away. He greeted us with snacks and tips about local places, introduced us to our neighbors and took exceptional care of us. The apartment was spacious, clean and kid-friendly. The air-conditioning was phenomenal - even during 90+ days. The beds were comfortable, the natural light cheerful, the building quiet -- you name it, this apartment surpassed our expectations. By the end of our trip it felt like home. Can't recommend it strongly enough.

Wonderful Barcelona Visit
The apartment is ideally located in the city. It is clean and safe and has all the important features a traveler needs. The apartment owners went out of their way to help us- wonderful people.

Exceeded our expectations as our true home away from home.
We stayed for six weeks with our 3 year old. Eloy greeted us with a smile and a helping hand with our many bags outside of the apartment. He had wine, juice, milk, water, olives, treats for our daughter and more when we arrived. After explaining to us the features of the apartment, he helped us identify places to visit, grocery shop, etc. on a map. The apartment was spotless and beautiful. He recently completed a modern renovation of the bathrooms and they look great. Our daughter took the smaller room and we took the master. Our parents visited us and we were comfortable in the room with the twin beds. Although we enjoyed most of our meals out, we also cooked at home and had everything we needed. Pots, pans, dishes, children’s dish ware, appliances were all great. The unit is quiet, the air conditioning works well, and you’ll love the view of the courtyard. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer for long stays. A housekeeper came weekly and did a thorough job - even refilling the water in the Nespresso and leaving folded towels on every bed. One of us worked remotely while there and the Internet was consistently reliable. Eloy was always responsive with any questions or requests. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to all the places you’ll want to visit. The Sagrada, Passeig de Gracia, Vila de Gràcia, multiple restaurants/groceries/metro stations are all an easy walk away. We really can’t say enough how staying in the apartment helped make our visit to Barcelona easy and memorable. If you have kids, there are also several playgrounds nearby. Thank you Eloy for being a wonderful host. We hope to come and stay again soon!
