Absolutamente frente al mar, condominio de 1 dormitorio a solo 20 metros del océano. Unidad de esquina en el segundo piso de un complejo privado de cuatro pisos frente al mar que le brinda una espectacular vista panorámica al mar sin obstáculos y puestas de sol memorables. Capacidad para 4 personas con una cama doble en el dormitorio y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Esta unidad grande, totalmente amueblada, muy limpia y bien preparada tiene un balcón privado, un baño, lavadora y secadora en el apartamento, estacionamiento gratuito fuera de la carretera, playa privada para nadar, piscina y jacuzzi.

Los vientos alisios y el diseño del edificio proporcionan toda la refrigeración necesaria en West Maui. Nuestra unidad tiene ventanas y puertas en la parte delantera y trasera, y dos grandes ventiladores de techo para aprovechar al máximo la fresca brisa nocturna que baja de las montañas del oeste de Maui. Great location, beautiful view of back of Molokai. The unit was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Just one complaint, the onsite property managers does kill the vibe. That's enough for us not to come back to this particular property. Nothing against Jim or Lorna. Their unit was great but the property managers on site killed the vibe.

Perfect getaway!

This was my second time staying in this condo and loved it just the same. Having a little private beach with the sound of the waves alone is really nice. The space is very clean, has a home feel and very close to everything you could need shopping and food wise. Highly recommend staying here!

Hale Mahina is my happy place!

We’ve stayed in many condos at Hale Mahina over the years and really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It’s very clean and the owners are very friendly and responsive. We’ll be booking another stay in the future!

Lovely condo with the most breathtaking views of the ocean. Condo was clean and the owners were fantastic to deal with. Highlight of our stay was seeing a turtle basking in the sun right on the beach. Mahalo for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

relaxing lanai

The large lanai with comfortable lounger was fantastic. We enjoyed the beach just down the stairs with turtles swimming throughout the day as well as the beach chairs/boogie boards. Nice corner unit with more than enough airflow/fans to keep cool. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Hosts are very accommodating

Excellent place to stay. The kitchen has everything you need for cookware and eating utensils and such. Plan on bringing your own 12 cup coffee filters, The local stores only carries 4 cup filters which is too small for the coffee maker. Place is very clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Bring some good binoculars for whale and dolphin viewing. The beach is very nice for swimming and snorkeling. Saw a lot of turtles and a lot of different species of beautiful colorful fish. The premise has nice grass and is very well maintained. There are chairs available and 4 charcoal BBQ’s. There is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi also. The people are very friendly there also. Very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The building itself dose not looks as in the pictures, the building is old and dull, lacks of charisma, But I have to say is clean, the pool was nice and the outdoors is very relaxing, the room again, it looks as in the pictures but … it just feels sad, it needs color, I don’t know, But it was clean and it has EVERYTHING you need for a good stay, from beach towels, chairs, swimming gear

Beautiful Views

Great things were : We loved the amazing beach views with palm trees and grass The pull out couch mattress was comfortable. The pool was nice Place was surface clean only Friendly neighbors Had an Elevator The owners are wonderful and quick to answer emails Shower curtain and decorations were nice and Maui themed What was not so nice: Sheets pillows and mattress pads looked old and SMELLED dirty and stained We had to wash everything to feel comfortable using them The kitchen cupboards handles are grungy and sticky and need deep cleaning as does the refrigerator door The unit needs an air conditioner because it was so hot we were all miserably dripping sweat even with fans blowing

Normally our unit is very clean and that is something that people typically comment on in a positive manner. We really wish that you would have called our cleaning service; as it states in the check-in instructions if there are any issue at check-in or during your stay, please call the number we provide you and they will immediately come and take care of any issue. We really want everything to be perfect for your stay. As to the lack of air conditioning there is no air conditioning allowed in the complex and very few places in West Maui have air conditioning because they are built to take advantage of the cool breezes that come down off the mountains. Being an end unit, there are many additional operable windows that can be open to get the cool breezes and there are ceiling fans and other fans in the unit for your comfort.

Red dust everywhere

Property is in great location but every counter, appliance, and floor was coated with red dust. the unit was plain dirty. And dont understand how you keep the heat down in an unairconditioned unit if the drier is vented INTO the bathroom.

We are so sorry that the unit wasn’t as clean as normal. I wish that you would have called that cleaning service, as it states in the check-in instructions, and they would have immediately taken care of it and you could have enjoyed a clean unit. Following the Lahaina fire, they have just started a new housing development, just to the east of us, to help the displaced people that lost their homes. This is the source of the red dust. The builders are doing what they can to control the dust with water but with the tropical breezes win out on some days. In response, in order to ensure a clean unit, we have changed the cleaning from immediately upon departure to immediately before arrival. Again, please accept our apology and our hope is that future guests will call upon arrival if there are any issues with the unit.

Spring Break on Maui

We had the opportunity to stay at this lovely condo during our Spring Break in March 2024, and had a wonderful time. Everything you need is stocked and ready to go. The description is accurate, one bedroom, one bath with a pull-out bed was the perfect layout for my wife, my teenage son and I to have plenty of space. The selling feature for me was the proximity to the beach and the sounds of the ocean waves. It’s a second floor unit with a balcony that is a stone’s throw to the beautiful ocean waves. Instructions to check in and out were perfectly clear which made the process stress free and easy. Also, the on site property manager does an awesome job keeping the grounds, pool, hot tub and parking situation clean and organized. All said, a very quiet rental complex, unit is exactly as advertised, we were there for 7 nights, with a rental car, you will have the island at your fingertips to do and see many of the great things this beautiful island has to offer.

Amazing view!

We loved our stay here and would have stayed longer if possible. The view is incredible. We spent most of our time on the balcony -- breakfast, happy hour, sunsets. If there is a breeze outside, it goes right through this place, providing natural air circulation and air conditioning. The kitchen was very well appointed, everything we might need to prepare meals here. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room to unpack. Really liked the vanity area outside the bathroom and the long entry for all of our shoes. We utilized the snorkel gear, boogie board, sun hat, and beach chair! Great to not have to worry about those things. Only complaint is that the outside light shines in the bedroom and the only way to block it out is to close the curtain (which would cut off the air flow). If you need complete dark to sleep, you would need an eye mask. Mahalo!

The property is very nice and our unit was fantastic. Corner unit second floor has great views. Our only disappointment ( no fault of the owners ) there was no beach access. We must have come at a very weird timing as the sand was washed away so far out that the only beach access was a 6 foot drop to get to. Impossible. After being there for 7 days the sand rose about 2 feet and we did Brave jumping down once but is was very difficult and we did not attempt that again. However……we did have turtles 🐢 come onto the beach Every day! They must have appreciated having the beach to themselves for the most part! One day we had 3 turtles come rest on the beach. You could stand right above them on the grass wall and safely take pictures without disturbing them. Truly magnificent. I would definitely recommend this place and do hope to return soon ❤️ The owners of several units were there during our stay and all were very nice and welcoming.

Great location but dated - just ok overall

Overall we enjoyed our time and for the price it was ok. Hawaii is hard on buildings and appliances and I appreciate it can be hard to maintain everything. There was a lot rust and the overall condition of the unit was just ok. The one thing that was really strange and unprofessional was actually the WiFi password. They choose to make people enter a specific faith-based affirmation. That's fine if it's your residence, but this is a business relationship and you should probably be more sensitive to other faiths and keep something as ubiquitous as a wifi password non-relegious. I will probably stay at the property again, but will likely choose another unit. For what it's worth the A building has better sunset views- especially from the 3rd or 4th floor. I also recommend staying farther away from the big, loud dog living next door that woke us up early every morning.

Sorry it took so long to respond. We were there in late February and early March and wanted you to know that we made some changes to address your concerns. Here is a partial list of maintenance items/improvements that we made to address the rust issues. • Replaced the washer and dryer with a brand-new full size stacked set • Replaced bathroom sink • Replaced all inside door handles • Replaced all door stops • Fixed all Jalousie windows openers • Fixed/replaced all can lights • Myriad other small fixes Also, we slept in late every day and had no problem with the dog next door. Please come back and try us again!

Is absolutely ocean front with terrific views and visits by turtles on beach

The property is a lovely little resort with its own private beach, and gorgeous views of the waves and sunsets. It is situated in a great area of Lahaina, (Honokowai) with a lot of high quality restaurants and places to walk, within driving distance, also walking distance to the Farmer’s Market. There is a small pool plus hot tub. Unfortunately there is not a rest room located near the pool area. The pool is refreshing (unheated) but really appreciated it for cooling from sunbathing, as the ocean can be quite challenging for those of us not comfortable in big waves. The hot tub was usually accessible and not filled with too many toddlers using it as a heated pool. Unit B206 is very private and one of the quietest locations in the complex, away a little further from Lower Honoapiilani Rd. There are hibachis for barbecuing which cause some unpleasant barbecue lighter fumes to waft to the suite. Two of the three hibachis are relatively close. A perfect time, however, to go down to the grass and view one of the spectacular sunsets visible nearly every night on this property. The sliding door to the suite sticks. The tub/shower is in need of an update. However none of the cons detracted significantly from a wonderful vacation experience, and good value for the money.

Excellent location, had everything we needed

What I was looking for- accommodation on whichever part of the island that has calm waters in July; view of beach 2nd or 3rd floor; walking distance to beach; pool; waterslide; kitchen; washer & dryer; no insect infestation; free parking; frugal friendly rates. We got everything but the waterslide with this one! Condo was a great bargain and worked out well for myself and 3 teenage sons. Comfy queen bed, queen pull out sofa, and twin inflatable bed, all with clean linens. All the kitchen appliances you will need. Keurig and reqular coffee maker available and more. The washer & dryer came in handy as we didn't pack many clothes. Could use new window treatments and the bookcase in the living room has a funny smell, still I would definitely stay here again. We visited in July, it was warm so we opened the front and back slider door, the breeze would come thru and that kept us comfortable. There are 2 ceiling fans, and a stand up fan we didn't need to use. The beach, pool and hot tub being right downstairs meant we never had to leave the complex for beach access. Room is on the 2nd floor, you can use the stairs or elevator. Grounds were well kept. Manager of the complex is on site and very friendly. Grocery store and fuel is a 2 minute drive away. Just a perfect location, checked all the boxes for our family!

Gorgeous views!!!

This property was a perfect getaway. The views of the ocean are stunning in all weather, the beach is just across the beautiful lawn, maybe 100 ft or so. Whales, turtles and a surprise visit from a monk seal made for some fun! The accommodations were chill, relaxing and laid back, and everything we needed was here. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice, great shower! Laundry was in-house which was a bonus. The best part was the lanai where we ate all our at home meals and we spent a good amount of time sitting in the comfy bar height chairs at the table, just taking in the beauty right in front of us, from the calm, quiet mornings to the spectacular sunsets. We did run into some issues with check-in as it took us an hour to actually be able to get the door unlocked. We never received the important VRBO email that would've given us all the info and prevented that snafu. Next time I'll know to ask more questions before arriving. Jim and Lorna were so sweet and helpful as soon as we were able to connect and they got us in!! The only other con was the noise at night in the neighborhood. The neighbors dogs barked quite a lot the first night we were here starting at 2:45am and continuing for a few hours. The second night there was loud construction noise coming from the neighborhood starting at 11pm. This was not terrible, just a bit annoying and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of this fabulous place. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

If you end up at this property, consider yourself one of the lucky ones. Everything about Hale Mahina brought so much joy to our stay on the island. This was our 4th time on Maui and specifically staying on this part of the island and in this neighborhood - it feels like home. The condo provided towels, beach gear, kitchen/cooking seasonings and a large space for cooking food to enjoy on the lanai. The grills are charcoal - be sure to grab some while at the market. Larry maintains the property stunning, but still be sure to clean up. No binoculars we found - I would definitely recommend bringing your own. We will be back and it will be at this property. Enjoy and help keep it beautiful forever!

Great Oceanview Property!

Beautiful condo with ocean view from balcony. We were a family of 4 with two kids, and there was ample space for all of us. There was a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There was also a foldable mattress in the property which became handy for us as our kids couldn't sleep in the same bed. Stocked with all the basics in the condo, with easy access through the instructions that were sent to us prior. Communication by the hosts was clear, and parking lot had ample space for the car (self parking). There is a clean pool and a hot tub in the property which we were able to use on one of the days. The ocean view from the balcony was highlight of the property, as we woke up to rainbow views everyday during our stay. There is a small beach by the pool area, however we didn't go as there are other great beaches nearby. The property location was great on the west side of the island. Will definitely stay here during our next trip.

Turtle beach!

Our favorite lodge in Hawaii! Everything is exact same as shows on descriptions, but something over expectation. There’s a small semi-private beach, perfect for snorkeling. We swam with many turtles, one of them even crawling onto beach and resting there for hours. What a unforgettable experience. I’ve recommended here to friends and family, really enjoy days spent here!
