Parking garage was great location is great elevator broke down for 2 days and you couldn’t get to pool without finding steps… even when the elevator was working you had to wait on it for a long time often being full in peak times. The TV with two remotes is a pain time to get a smart tv…. And get rid of the dish…

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the parking garage and location. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The elevator is managed by the HOA and is outside of our control, so while we understand how frustrating a temporary outage can be, we are reliant on the building management for repairs and timelines. That said, the pool is still easily accessible on the ground level via the lobby doors or the outdoor gate, so elevator access is not required to reach that area. Additionally, the TVs and Dish network service are standardized throughout the building and are also managed by the HOA, meaning this setup is consistent across all units and not something we’re able to modify individually. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great Trip

This unit was exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, had a good view of the slopes and was a great location (short walk to gondola and village. The building itself was well maintained and quiet even on New Year's Eve. Was also nice to have indoor parking in the garage. Will definitely be back.

Cozy condo close to the slopes

Unfortunately with the construction we did not have a direct walk to the gondola but the walk was not bad. The condo complex was nice and well kept up.

Midweek ski trip

Good location and parking garage. Well equipped, clean condo with plenty of hooks and storage. Construction out the front window started at 7AM. That was our only complaint. Checked skis overnight at gondola for an easy walk to ski each morning. We would definitely stay again!

Red Hawk in March

Great property, bedroom tv didn’t work. There was an electrical storm before we arrived and it could not get fixed until we left. Otherwise was a perfect weekend get away.

The unit was as advertised at a great price. The unit is located a few steps from the center of Keystone. The pool and hot tubs are in great shape. The management company was very good communicating everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Close to slopes but not clean

Weekend Trip

Overall, we liked the location, as we were able to walk to Keystone Village as needed and it was within a reasonable driving range of the activities we wanted to do. In terms of the unit itself, the dishwasher needs to be replaced, as it is outdated and did not work when we tried to run it before we left. The curtains leading out to the balcony seem to be missing a panel and they were falling off the rods. Finally, the windows in the living area wouldn’t close and the red couch was heavily stained. The bedroom and the bathroom were fine and we appreciated the fan.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location to walk to village (without skiis), but windows off track, bath tub faucet is loose and sensitive, toilet seat needs to be replaced, 4 controllers-two tvs-no instructions-2 parties could not get one of them to function, undrinkable weak coffee, no ice upon arrival. 2 stars at best and not worth the $210.
