Modern apartment, with a minimalist decoration present in all areas. This property, located on the 2nd floor of a building of recent and ultra modern construction, has two bedrooms, with double bed, balcony, wardrobe, having one of them private bathroom with shower.
The living room is divided in two areas, a dining area, with a support furniture, and a living area, with a comfortable sofa, cable TV. The access to the outside, to a pleasant balcony that provides a nice space with sun exposure, great to have a coffee, read a book and relax. The kitchen is large, is fully equipped, has a dining area and a laundry area.
This property is prepared to host a maximum of 4 people.

AREA
Property located in Avenida das Madalenas, sleeping and quiet area, close to the accesses to the highway, both to the east and west of Madeira Island. This apartment is very close to a pleasant public garden, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Nearby, there are pastry shops and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy or taste international dishes. Besides the nearby options, you can also go to Funchal city centre (five minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants.
Also, in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
