Awesome! Loved our stay it was in a perfect location to the beach and was able to walk to the Siesta Crystal Classic. It was nice that it was a gated entrance. There was great communication from not only the owner but also Jamaica Royale. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was lovely! Recently remodeled and nicely decorated, it had everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen, new washer and dryer, two full baths and comfortable beds and bedding made it easy to feel at home. Very close to the beautiful beach and pools. We appreciated the covered parking right outside the door. We would love to stay again!

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

This rental exceeded all of our expectations! It was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The layout was thoughtfully designed with plenty of closet space, drawers, and room for suitcases—perfect for staying organized and comfortable. The beds were incredibly clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days at the beach.We really appreciated the attention to detail—there were plenty of outlets throughout the condo, so charging everyone’s devices was never an issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more: toaster, blender, hot kettle, plenty of dishes, mugs, cups—you name it. There was even a generous supply of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap already there when we arrived.The dining area featured a spacious table that seats six, and the living area had plenty of comfortable seating with a cozy couch and three chairs. Every room had a large wall-mounted TV, and the WiFi was fast, reliable, and easy to connect to with no issues during our stay.The location was unbeatable—a short walk to both the pools and the beach, which even had free beach chairs available (a rare and welcome bonus!). Check-in was seamless, and the property owners were incredibly kind and super responsive to any questions we had.I truly couldn’t have asked for a better rental. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, clean, and well-equipped home away from home

Jamaica Royale is the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our return trip to Jamaica Royale. #84 was amazing. Close to the beach and easy to get around. The beds were great and the living room was super comfortable. Will definitely rebook!

Amazing Vacation

We loved this property! We have been going to siesta key for the past 3 years and we love it. This property was cleaned and not far from the beach. The owners answered all my questions and were very helpful. The villa space was great with amazing closet space and everything we needed was there. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a beach getaway!

We loved this property! Pam and Dan had everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. They supplied beach towels, beach canopies & umbrellas and even sand toys. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. There was nothing we needed that could not be found in the cabinets and closets. The location is steps from a private beach with ample chaise lounges for sun-bathing. It’s about a mile from the Village but free trolleys are constantly running. We preferred the quieter atmosphere that this property provided. Would 100% stay here again! Thank you!!

The beach is perfect!

We have traveled all over Europe, Australia and Asia and we love the beach in front of the condo the best. It’s a short walk to the most gorgeous sunsets, swimming and relaxing. The condo worked great for my wife, myself, college aged daughter and her friend. We didn’t cook anything. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back and stay in the same condos. No ocean view but for the price and access it’s perfect. We thought it was odd that there were no beach towels so we bought a couple and left them there. Often times, others will leave baggies, plastic wrap, paper plates but it lacked some basics. Not that big of deal and we brought some with us as well as laundry detergent for the washer and dryers. The village is adorable and we explored the different keys and areas. We will definite be back!

Girls getaway!

This was the perfect place for my mom and sisters to spend a few days together. We all live in different states and have very busy lives. This place was wonderful! Clean, new appliances, and short walk to beach. Can’t wait until next year!

Great Property

This property was exactly what we were looking for. A quick walk to the beach, 3 pools for later in the day, and a quick drive into town or shopping etc. Very private. Excellent communication from the hosts. Will be looking to stay again!

Wonderful Home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The home owners were fantastic communicators and we will definitely be back. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to a family emergency. My husband and I could only enjoy 2 out of the 4 days. We were so heartbroken that we couldn’t enjoy more time at this beautiful home.

Lovely place

We loved this property! The condo is clean and spacious for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers, so having two bedrooms, each with its own bath was great). We had an issue with the dvd player, and Dan responded quickly to come over and fix it. The beach right on the property is awesome! The weather was not super cooperative, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, great location

This was a great condo, and the owners were responsive with the couple questions I had before our stay. Plenty of room, good kitchen layout with big Table for eating and playing cards. Check in and parking easy. The pools on the property were heated, thank goodness because it was a cold and wet week to visit FLA! Already recommended condo to others. Thanks.

Great place, great location

This is a great place to stay! The property overall was very nice, clean, parking was easy, Check in was a breeze. The unit itself was perfect. Nice beds, extra pillows and blankets, nice appliances and well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Beach access was convenient. The private beach for this complex is beautiful and well maintained.

We purchased our unit at Jamaica Royale in 2017 and have upgraded the entire unit for your comfort and enjoyment. It’s an amazing complex and everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff is amazing. We are certain you will have an awesome time creating new memories.

With less than 200 steps to beautiful private area of Siesta Key Beach you will find our unit beautifully decorated, recently updated and very welcoming. The patio area in the back of the unit is quiet and gets sun for a good portion of the day. It’s a great way to start your day having coffee / breakfast in the sunshine. The complex offers many amenities including three separate heated pools, shuffleboard and gas grills for barbecuing.
