The Space:

Combined, Bateman, Turpin and Fawkes Quarter are located on the first, second and third floor they are all two bedroom apartments, accessed via stairs. The apartments have an entrance hallway leading to an open plan kitchen/diner and living space, with wall mounted TV, L-shape sofa bed, dining table and chairs to seat 4. Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, 2 ring electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with ice box and slimline dishwasher (sorry no washing facilities), variety of crockery and cutlery.



Together the three apartments have:



Six double bedrooms, mirror, chest of drawers (in bedroom one) hanging rail, bedside tables and lamps and complimentary sleep packs.



Three shower rooms that have a corner shower unit, wc, mirror, heated towel rail & hand soap.



Electric heating. Secondary glazing.



Towels and linen is provided.



Please note there is no luggage storage available prior to check in. There is no lift within the building.

The Neighborhood:

This central location puts you in the heart of the City. Just outside the door you'll see a variety of high street shops such as Zara, H&M, Boots, alongside bespoke independent retailers selling quirky and bespoke goods. With 100's of restaurants to choose from you'll be spoilt for choice for food in York.



A short walk away is the Jorvik centre if you're looking to find out more about York's Viking history. Cliffords Tower is close by. The impressive York Minster is a must-see during your trip.



Please note that this apartment enjoys a vibrant neighborhood with a lively bar nearby, so you may experience some expected background noise



Getting Around:

Hop on hop off bus tours regularly drive around York if you fancy a leisurely tour of what the City has to offer. Uber and taxis are freely available for those who venture further afield. The train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away.

We also welcome group, hen and stag doo bookings, to accommodate a maximum of 15 people (5 people in each apartment).
