THE VILLA
Païssa d'en Bernat is not your typical Ibiza rental. This is a 300-year-old family estate set on 15 hectares of private land — that's the equivalent of 37 football pitches — perched high above the coast with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and Es Vedrà.
The house has been in the family since the early 20th century. It was fully restored in 2008, keeping everything that makes it special — the thick stone walls, the high ceilings, the original bread oven — while adding the comforts you'd expect: air conditioning in every room, modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Inside you'll find five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three doubles and two twins, sleeping up to 10 guests. The rooms are inspired by Balinese design, with four-poster beds and hand-carved furniture made from recycled boat-wood. Every room has been individually designed — no two are the same.
But the real magic is outside.

THE OUTDOORS
The infinity pool overlooks the sea and is the centrepiece of the terrace, which is surrounded by Balinese gazebos, wooden swings, loungers, and shaded seating areas scattered across the gardens. There are multiple outdoor living spaces — you could spend a week here and still discover a new corner to read a book or have a quiet coffee.
A private pathway leads from the villa down to the nearby beach.
And then there are the sunsets. Païssa d'en Bernat sits on one of the most coveted sunset viewpoints on the island. Every evening is a show. It's the kind of thing you have to experience to understand — and once you do, you'll understand why people come back.

HOW IT WORKS
The villa is yours. From the moment you arrive, Païssa d'en Bernat is your private home.
This is a self-catering rental. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook and eat as you please. When you arrive, a welcome basket of local essentials will be waiting — perfect if you're landing on a late flight.
Cleaning is included daily (2 hours per day) to keep everything fresh during your stay. All linen and towels are provided.

Païssa d'en Bernat sits in the hills above the southwest coast, between Cala Vadella and Cala Tarida in Sant Josep de sa Talaia. The area is peaceful and rural, surrounded by protected natural land, but you're only a few minutes' drive from some of Ibiza's best beaches and restaurants.

A car is essential for your stay.

HOUSE RULES
We simply ask that you treat Païssa d'en Bernat as you would your own home.
No smoking inside the house (outside is fine)
Music to be kept at a considerate level after 11pm
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
Minimum stay varies by season (4–7 nights)
