Cottage Apartment, Macatawa Park, duerme cómodamente 2 + 1

Situado junto a las playas de arena del parque privado y exclusivo de Macatawa, hogar de Holland Light House y lugar de nacimiento del Mago de Oz. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de las actividades habituales en la playa y luego ver el atardecer. La unidad tiene vista a un valle arbolado que da una sensación de "casa en el árbol" realmente genial, pero también tiene una pequeña vista al lago, que se puede ver en las fotos.

Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en este apartamento adjunto de 1 dormitorio / 1 baño completamente amueblado. Tenga en cuenta que la primera foto que se muestra no es la unidad sino una referencia visual de la propiedad en la que se encuentra la unidad. La unidad real está un nivel debajo de la casa principal, pero en realidad no es un sótano ya que la parte trasera de la casa cae en cascada por la ladera. Incluso hay una vista del lago a través de los árboles que se muestran en las fotos.

La unidad está muy bien equipada con equipo de playa (ver lista), es área de cubierta propia con parrilla de gas. Incluso hay una gran ducha al aire libre un nivel por debajo con todos los jabones y un espejo para afeitarse.

El dormitorio principal tiene una litera junto con una cama de matrimonio, mientras que la sala de estar está amueblada con un sofá cama de tamaño completo con un colchón de espuma de memoria firme. Cómodo para dormir 2 adultos más 1-2 niños (no considero que esta propiedad sea apta para niños pequeños, ni es segura para niños). La pintoresca sala de estar está rodeada de ventanas que tienen persianas si prefiere más privacidad. Hay una pequeña cocina con servicios completos que incluye horno, microondas y refrigerador / congelador de tamaño completo, pero NO lavaplatos.

En resumen, tratamos de proporcionar todo para que pueda llegar y jugar.

Alquiler a largo plazo fuera de temporada está disponible. La casa contigua más grande también está disponible en ciertos momentos, pero no figura en VRBO.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and clean

We had a great time staying here. Everything exceeded our expectations. We really needed to get out of the house and wanted to go someplace clean, safe, and with places to walk. The beach is a short walk, there's a trail through the woods, and the place itself was immaculate. Could not have been nicer. The owner makes sure you have everything you need and was available whenever we had a question. Truly fantastic.

Loved our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The area is so unique and beautiful, the fall colors were spectacular. Loved downtown Holland and the area. Steve, the owner, was extremely helpful with info on the property and the area. The place was clean and comfortable, and the beds were cozy. Would definitely come back!

Love the Treehouse!!

This property is located in one of the most unique and beautiful communities I’ve ever been to. A private beach for the community, tennis courts and neighbors that are so friendly and kind. It’s really like stepping back in time. The owner is so great and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I can’t aay enough about how wonderful everything was. Anything and everything you need is provided. The apartment is well stocked and the view from the balcony is beautiful! I can’t waot to get back to this place!

Perfect Getaway

It couldn’t have been more beautiful. Our family had the most wonderful mini vacation. We loved the location, the neighbors, the beach, and the nearby attractions. Steve was wonderful and we hope to come back again next year!

Great Anniversary Getaway

We husband and I had an amazing trip with our three year-old to celebrate our anniversary. Steve and Karen are just about the nicest people you’ll ever meet and were extremely helpful and so easy to communicate with! The place was really nice and was in a great location - just a few minute walk to the beach. I’m so glad we booked our trip with them, and we hope to be back some day!

A wonderful getaway. Property was quiet and secluded (does require some walking from parking area to apartment) but the views were spectacular.. Owner very easy to work with. Will definitely plan a return visit.

Macatawa, Michigan is a lovely place and this small apartment was perfect for us. We absolutely loved the location and enjoyed watching thunderstorms from our covered deck. The place is well kept up and the owner is fantastic. We would love to come back.

Nice place/great location, but you're not alone

Pro's: The property was very well kept and very clean. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood in a wooded area on the dunes about a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. Steve was very friendly and extremely thorough in the details he provided on the property. Con's: If you're taller than 6'2" you'll probably feel the ceilings are low and the bed a bit small. Also, the apartment area we stayed in was connected to the main living area by french doors that could not be locked, we we're awaken the first morning by the renters in the other unit playing music and our second morning when they decided to come into our living area uninvited by simply unlocking the door and walking in while my wife and I were sleeping. I would propose having a door that could be locked from either side, making future renters aware they might have uninvited guests visit, and/or putting up signs forbidding renters not to go into other units. Because of this we kept our valuables locked in our car not knowing if our neighbors would return while we were away Overall, it was a nice stay and appreciate Steve's hospitality by opening his home to us and providing recommendations on things to do and places to go

Great property & friendly owners!!

My family of 4 stayed at the cottage apartment for a long weekend and had a great time! We were greeted upon our arrival by the owner Steve who introduced us to the area. The apartment was perfect, including location near the private beach, use of the private outdoor shower to clean off from the beach, use of the beach chair, umbrella, etc. Apartment was clean and tidy and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Beautiful scenery around the apartment. Will definietly be back in the future!!

Awesome Apartment in a Beautiful Area

We had such a wonderful time during our stay. Owner is a great guy who was very helpful and suggested walking paths and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood itself is really beyond description. High up in the trees - so secluded and peaceful. Short walk to a great private beach. This place was exactly what we we looking for. We definitely will book again!

Beautiful view, private beach, very helpful owners.

We had a great long weekend. The owner was very helpful. We even had a bottle of wine and windmill cookies upon arrival. Place was very clean and well stocked. The private beach requires a walk down a kind of steep hill but it is worth it! Beautiful, quiet, private beach right on Lake Michigan.
