Our beautiful penthouse apartment has a spacious terrace which boasts a high level of privacy. It is a 10 minute walk away from the delightful village of Peyia which offers many local amenities such as supermarkets stocking a great range of products including local fresh produce and home brands, also tavernas, restaurants, a cash machine, pharmacy, bakery/ cake shop, a butcher, a medical center and a dentist. You will also find a ladies hairdresser and a barber shop. A few minutes drive away is the beach resort area of Coral Bay, offering a wide selection of exclusive bars and restaurants along a beautiful golden sandy shore and where you can witness beautiful sunsets. About 20 minutes drive away is the town of Paphos with its historic harbour and 45 minutes away is Paphos airport. There's easy access to Tsada golf course and two more courses only 25 minute drive away. A 25 minute drive takes you to the Akamas Peninsula National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty with deep gorges, a wild landscape and wide sandy bays.

Peyia revisited after 10years !

Beautiful large terrace with stunning views! Roomy bedroom and sitting area. Air conditioning useful though the ceiling fan was enough and very quiet. Washing machine and line much appreciated! Overall we had a most enjoyable stay! Peter and Margaret

Clean, Comfortable Apartment with Amazing Views

Laura was very helpful and replied to all our questions promptly, which was much appreciated. The apartment has a spacious terrace. When at the apartment we ate all our meals on the terrace enjoying the fabulous view over to the sea. Most evenings we chose to get a takeaway to be able to sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful sunset. We also made good use of the sun loungers on the terrace as well. We loved using the swimming pool everyday for about 45 minutes in the late afternoon. With the exception of one day we had the pool to ourselves, which was great. The apartment is in a good location to visit various places of interest and beautiful beaches. Although Peyia village is nearby, because of the lack of pavements and street lighting we only went there by car. I would say it is definitely advisable to have a car to get the best from your holiday while staying at this apartment. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and our whole holiday in Cyprus. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment to family and friends.

Peyia Apartment

We knew the Peyia area well so we were not disappointed when we arrived at the apartment. It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the week. The views were absolutely stunning. We didn't use the pool as it was still a bit cool when we were there so spent most of our time on the large balcony. Would definitely go back to this accommodation and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Laura and Mark.

Nice place, wonderful views, quiet nigbourhood.

We had lovely stay at the apartment, enjoyed panaramic seaview. There are, however, a few remarks: 1) Moskito nets on balcony doors are necessary for comfortable stay. We would love to get fresh air from the outside, but because of rare moskitos we had to keep the doors closed and used conditioner. 2) Wi-fi connection extremely slow, failed to reach balcony relax zone. A stronger router is needed. 3) Bed matrasse covered with a bit noisy cover sheet, which makes noisy sounds every time one makes a move on it. Probably, can be changed with something softer?

Short Break in Peyia

We enjoyed the lovely, well equipped clean apartment with fabulous views over the coast. The apartment is well situated and the directions received from the owner were excellent. It was very quiet, probably because we were early in the season, but we appreciated the relaxed and peaceful environment. The air conditioning was very much appreciated.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location

This was our second visit to Peyia, our first in this apartment. We had a great stay and like other reviewers found the ceiling fan a great help. Very few apartments occupied during our stay so had the pool to ourselves most of the time. I would have liked more storage for food in the kitchen. Because of the fall in the pound eating out was not so cheap this time so needed to cook for ourselves some of the time. The apartment had all the cooking equipment we needed. Wildlife fantastic in the area; spotted preying mantis, chameleon and lizards. Down in Coral Bay we swam with a turtle several times. A note for booking though; there are two penthouse apartments side by side. One slightly overlooked, one not. Both have fantastic views over the village and bay. Places we returned to eat at were Phidias in Coral Bay, Viklari The Last Castle out towards Lara at the bottom of the gorge. Love all the local tavernas we have visited in the village. Savvas does a great Greek night, as does Phideus. The little cafe Geitonia behind the Old Cinema does a great value meze and takeaway food, all cooked over charcoal. Good range of shops in the village too; lovely walk early in the morning to pick up bread, fruit, veg etc.

A VIEW TO DIE FOR

Was thinking of leaving a bad review for this apartment so no one else would find it!!!!!! But cannot do that to Laura & Mark for our stay at their beautiful prized location in the heart of Peyia. Laura could not be more helpful than she was during our booking right to the end of our stay. We found the apartment most comfortable and would have paid just to have the terrace with a bed on it!!!!! The mark of enjoyment of a property and all it boasts is summed up on the day you leave, if you leave a place with sadness it shows you truly enjoyed your stay, but as the words from a famous philospher once said: " WE'LL BE BACK" We found the apartment had everything we needed for our 10 day stay and I can say with great affection, many bottles of prosecco were cracked open and enjoyed with that stunning view. Even though this apartment has air con, we really appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom for those of you like me that can't get on sleeping with air con. Overall the apartment felt spacious and unclustered with lots of light streaming in with a beautiful flow and un overlooked, affording us the privacy we loved. We are going to be permanent residence at this wonderful apartment, it seems like we've just bought a Timeshare!!!!! LOL!!!!! Many thanks to Laura & Mark for a professional service. Brenda & Praba

Charming apartment with most wonderful views

Just returned from a lovely stay. The apartment was generously sized with all the space needed for 2 people. The balcony has the most epic views across a vast vista. Peyia itself is a nice little village with plenty of restaurants and shops to get by. Peyia is ideal for anyone wanting to get away from the touristy hustle and bustle of Coral Bay or Pafos and stay in a quieter, more traditional Cypriot village. Only down sides to staying here is travelling around is slightly difficult. We enjoyed walking down to Coral Bay (approx 50-60mins) and made friends with George from Robert Taxi Co (10€ one way to CB). This was fine for us but was costly and eats up time. Renting a car is recommended. Also, the balcony is wonderful however pigeons/birds must live on the roof. This gave us a natural alarm clock each morning. The birds also leave mess quite frequently which needed to be swept up every couple of days. If staying here, I would double/triple check the security code to access the keys. We were dropped off at 1130pm on a Sunday night and had been given the wrong code. The phone numbers we had been given were going straight to voicemail so we had a panicky start. I expect this was a one time occurrence. Would certainly stay here again for a relaxed get away.

5 Star Apartment in Peyia, Cyprus

Just returned from our third stay in the quirky but interesting village of Peyia and missing the warmth and sunshine already! This was our first stay in Laura's apartment but it has to be our favourite and one that we would recommend for so many reasons. It was very clean and the facilities new so we immediately felt relaxed and chilled. The furniture in the apartment and the sunloungers were well maintained and very comfortable We particularly appreciated the large noiseless fan over the kingsize bed as the heat built up over the day.The balcony is not overlooked but has wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding area. We were very impressed with the owners excellent customer service and the availability of a late check out on our day of departure. It is advisable to hire a car to explore Paphos and the rest of the island. Peyia village is a short walk from the property where there are many good supermarkets and local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Cousins and Peyia Tavern which offer very good value for money. Try The Mill for coffee, drinks or delicious cocktails! We have already booked a return stay in October 2017. Can't wait!!!!

GREAT APT WITH GREAT VIEWS

We have just returned from this lovely apartment. It is very spacoius comfortable and well-equipped. The view over the coast is spectacular. Just 10 mins walk from the bars/restaurants of Peyia and 5 mins drive from the strip and beaches in Coral Bay. Would recommend Savvas Grill in Peyia and Levanto in Coral Bay, but all the restaurants were great. Also go to Oniro by the Sea off the Sea Caves Road.

Great Place

Our second visit to this lovely apartment and it is as good as ever. Fantastic views from the veranda, not overlooked by other apartments as so many are in this region, which makes it the perfect place to chill out. The property is spotless, well maintained and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Fab Holiday Apartment

We have just returned from Peyia after having a very enjoyable holiday! This apartment comes highly recommended and ticks all the boxes. The view is stunning and the privacy is a real bonus we spent many hours just relaxing with a bottle of wine enjoying the peace and wonderful views. The apartment is in a great location and the village is a 10 min walk away. We recommend the Peyia Tavern its as authentic as you will get and the meal was lovely we also liked the Grande for drinks it has a great atmosphere and the staff very friendly. We hope to return.

Hi, we are Laura and Mark, we live in Manchester UK, with our twin girls Lois & Florence. We both run our own businesses, I (Laura) am a TV Makeup Artist and Mark is a retired Firefighter now Handyman. We have owned these two adjacent apartments since their build in 2006 and have grown to love the area and people around Peyia.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We travelled all over Cyprus, including Northern Cyprus, before choosing this location. Park View suits us perfectly, it is a quiet location with amazing views yet close enough to everything else we could need, from lovely local restaurants to a busier Coral Bay or Paphos - we especially love Paphos Old Town since it has been redeveloped. The village has a real sense of old Cyprus yet is still modern enough to suit our needs.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The biggest benefit of our apartments is without doubt the peace and unobstructed views of the coastline. Because we are built on a hillside and have the penthouse apartments, we don’t have any noise from above (and don’t have to climb many stairs to access), once we have closed the door behind us, we can stand on our unusually private balcony, or lie in bed, and all we can see are the amazing views. Lounge on the large balcony enjoying the sunshine throughout the day (with the occasional visit to the pool) before sipping cocktails and watching the sunset across the ocean - Perfect!
