This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is in the perfect spot for a relaxing break in the Cypriot sunshine.

The open plan lounge/diner is tastefully decorated and real home from home. There is a kitchen fully equipped with all you need. The patio doors to the terrace and outdoor dining area, BBQ, sun loungers and a hot tub! A glass of fizz in the hot tub after a busy day out exploring? Yes please!

The surroundings are well maintained, clean and beautifully landscaped with trees for shade. The perfect spot to gather, sunbathe and unwind.

Sitting on the balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool while watching the sun set over the sea, this is what holidays are all about.

There is a double and twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and air con units. Super-fast WI-FI and a large Smart TV are also included.

This cosy apartment is ideally situated in lower Peyia, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars with Coral Bay only a 5-minute drive away.

Everything was great. Only one comment: Upon arrival, it was 35 degrees Celsius in the apartment, which was difficult to cool down to a livable temperature by seriously pressing the 2-hour off timer.

Comfortable stay

Great apartment in the Peyia area of Cyprus. Lovely view from patio, and hot tub great addition and well maintained. A bit hard to find using the map link as it takes you to a different street, but did find it eventually. Location good for those who like a quiet, out of the way place but a car is a must. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful retreat location

This was one of our favorite places we've stayed so far on a multi-month trip across the Mediterranean. Great views, quiet location, perfect little town nearby (~ 1km walk) w/ ample restaurants and grocery stores. Great launch location for touring the vicinity. Very spacious w/ a well-outfitted kitchen. A great find!

What a gem!

Lovely property, clean and well equipped, fabulous views. It’s located in a quiet residential area in peyia, a 6 minute drive to coral bay beach and local amenities, a car is definitely needed to get about. It has a lovely communal pool, if your after a quiet restful holiday this is a great property to book

Short stay in Peyia

Visiting family for 5 days in Peyia and this proved to the perfect base. Lovely apartment and the owner clearly takes great pride in keeping this modern apartment in excellent condition. Would definitely use this apartment again in the future. Couldn’t fault it in any way.

Had a fantastic time in Cyprus. The apartment was just as it said it was. My only problem and its not a massive problem and its been the same every time we have been to Cyprus. Is the AC goes off after 2 hours. Not easy to sleep and i do understand why, but don't make it any better for me.

All went well lovely apartment would struggle to find a serious fault. The welcome pack was generous, and lovely balcony and view, highly recommended. You need a car as there isn't much within walking distance

Beautiful Apartment

Thank you so much, We had a wonderful time at the apartment, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The view was amazing. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped, and Aimee was so helpful. A welcome pack of essentials was very thoughtful. The pool was very clean. We did not want to leave and we will certainly book another stay on our next visit to Cyprus.

Great apartment in peyia fantastic sea views you wouldn't tire of waking up to every day , Well kept apartment clean and tidy and all amenities you need for your stay , Quick response from Diarmid when we had an issue but quickly resolved between us. Winter break

This is our second stay at one of Diairmid's properties in Peiya. The property is well appointed, clean, and well furnished (as we knew it would be). However the outstanding feature of the property is the balcony which has a view of the sea and sun (and shade if you need it) all day, I wish we could have taken it home with us!

The property was everything it said it would be. The views were amazing. It was easy to get about. The owners had left us some supplies to begin our holiday. Area was nice and quiet. we loved it. Shame we only had 3 days. Would have liked to stay longer.

Lovely apartment to stay in

We stayed for 3 weeks over the summer and we loved the apartment. It has everything you could need for a holiday. The balcony is really big and the view is very nice. The pool is lovely and needed on the hot days. The area the apartment is in is very nice, and we explored all over this part of Cyprus in our stay. It's close to the village of Peyia, and a short drive to Coral Bay or Paphos. The owners helped us out when we needed it, and offered good advice on restaurants and things to see. We loved our stay in Cyprus and thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment.

Fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful month! The accommodation was exactly as expected, it is as shown in all the photographs. We were very lucky with the weather and made good use of the comfortable loungers on the balcony. I would advise having a car as the area is quite hilly. We watched skiing in Troodos one morning and then sunbathed in the afternoon. Beautiful scenery to be seen, particularly in the mountains. We would certainly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Diarmid, we hope to be back.

What a lovely apartment would Def use again great communication with the owner Coral Bay approx 7 mins drive away and supermarket 5 mins. Does need a mirror in the main Bedroom minor issue but such a lovely apartment with a Huge balcony with lovely views to the sea. Apartnent well equipped with everything you need. Will look forward to using again next year. Wayne & family

Our Honeymoon Heaven

Wow what an amazing apartment, we were blown away with everything, the welcome pack, decor, pool, cleanliness and ease of early check in. Aimee was our contact and was so helpful and professional with any query we had. We only had 3 days here and wish we could have had longer but will return next year for our anniversary. It’s in a lovely peaceful area with sea views but you do need a car or taxis to get about which we had worked out before we got there and wasn’t an issue. This was a beautiful place to stay after our Cyprus wedding and will stay in our memory for a very long time.
