Luxurious, top floor apartment with infinity pool. and stunning panoramic views
This beautifully appointed, luxurious, top floor apartment is in a quiet and secluded position high above the village of Peyia yet within a few minutes walk of the old centre with its restaurants, tavernas, Greek supermarket and tree-lined, shady village square.
From the covered balcony area with its comfortable seating, the stunning view stretches across Peyia towards the coastline to the south. The sun sets over the mountains to the west and both make for glorious scenes - day or night.
The apartment has a fully fitted Italian kitchen and is compete with everything needed to ensure your stay is perfect including large American style fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher and washing machine, oven and hob, breakfast bar with bar stools and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, pots and pans! The relaxed lounge area has two three-seater sofas, side tables and a tv. With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms it is the ideal base for one or two couples to have a peaceful, restful break or to use as a base for exploring further afield
State of the art air conditioning/heating throughout and excellent wi-fi will complete your stay at any time of the year. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied so you don't have to bring your own! Don't worry about climbing the stairs either as there is a lift to take you and your luggage up and down.
Outside, the fabulous infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sandstone terraces with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The pool also has a jacuzzi with iPod docking station. Changing rooms are beneath it along with a shower. At night the pool is lit and becomes a magical sight!
Peyia is a 30 minute journey from Paphos airport, 25 minutes from four championship golf courses and 10 minutes from the unspoilt Akamas peninsula where you may be lucky and see turtles laying their eggs on the protected beaches
The village has everything from banks, doctors surgeries, police station, pharmacies and petrol station to butchers and greengrocers and bakeries selling wonderful pastries.
The nearby resort of Coral Bay with its long sandy beach, shops and restaurants is a five minute drive away. The World Heritage sites of Kato Paphos or the further-afield one at Kourion are a must for anyone visiting the island as is a day trip to the Troodos mountains
The current owners were frequent guests in the past and loved 8 Beau View so much, they purchased it!

In the past my partner Andrew and myself stayed at Beau View several times. We fell in love with it the moment we set foot inside! Fate decreed that I would one day own it for myself and I am delighted to be able to share it with guests from all over the world. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay
Cyprus is such a special island; year round sun and sparkling seas, good food and lovely people. It is as busy or peaceful as you want it to be - from the resort of Coral Bay with its long sandy beach and shops to the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula where turtles lay their eggs, there is something for everyone.
We are both keen golfers and with four championship courses very close by, we are in our element! Andrew and I love history too and the island has been occupied by many nations over the centuries and is full of interesting places to visit including World Heritage sites I could happily the archaeological site by the harbour at Kato Paphos once a week for the rest of my life and never tire of its beauty
Take a swim in the clear waters of the Mediterranean or visit the Troodos mountains where the temperature drops by several degrees - I think that you will love Cyprus and Beau View as much as we do

Beau View is situated in a quiet, secure location high above the village of Peyia yet it's within a few minutes walk of the heart of the village with its restaurants, bars, Greek supermarket and tree-lined, shady village square. No 8 is one of just 11 apartments in what has been described as one of the most beautiful buildings on the west side of Cyprus
A lovely patio area with sunbeds and parasols surrounds the stunning infinity pool and its jacuzzi area - you can swim whilst looking out over the village towards the coastline - utter bliss!
It is as well equipped as any home away from home could be which will make your stay all the more special and relaxed. With travertine marble floors throughout and Italian, fully-fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, modern bathrooms and comfortable beds you might not want to go home!

Its lofty position means that day or night the views from the balcony are a stunning, always changing picture. During the day, the village busies itself beneath your very eyes. At night the view becomes almost magical from the lit infinity pool to the millions of twinkling lights stretching out to the inky blue of the Mediterranean sea
