Sun-kissed Casa Paradisea sits in an enviable position in Positano, with unparalleled sea views. Spread over two floors, with 140m² of floor space, it sleeps up to 8 people.



Entering the house, you descend a couple of steps into the kitchen where you’ll find a gas hob, double sink, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a separate wood-topped unit which doubles up as a kitchen island.



Continuing into the light-filled house, past a bedroom and bathroom, you reach the lovely bright living room. Alongside an attractive fireplace, the room is furnished with a wooden dining table with chairs, sofa, sideboard and a television. From here, French windows lead directly on to the terrace where you can dine al fresco enjoying the magnificent sea view.



There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, in addition to a sofa and television unit.



NOTE: There are about 100 stairs to get to the house from the main street. We higly suggest you book the luggage service in advance.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS



One bedroom is on the ground floor and two on the upper floor:



• Bedroom 1 (upper floor): King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with 6 mirrored sliding doors, desk with chair, radiator, French window with access to balcony with table and chairs.

• Bedroom 2 (upper floor): King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with 5 sliding doors, drawers and corner with shelves, desk area with chair, radiator, window.

• Bedroom 3 (ground floor): King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with 6 doors (some mirrored) and shelves, television, radiator, window.

• Double sofa bed in communal living space.

• Bathroom 1 (upper floor): large sink, mirror, toilet, bidet, corner shower, transom window, hairdryer.

• Bathroom 2 (ground floor): built-in sink, mirror, toilet, bidet, washing machine, shower cubicle, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

Your holiday would be incomplete without the following amenities, all available at Casa Paradisea:

Not included, to be paid upon arrival:



• Tourist tax 2,5 Euros per day per person not included. The amount will be requested upon arrival in cash. The children under 10 years do not pay. The fee is requested only for bookings with arrival from April 1st to October 31.

• For arrivals from 8:00 PM to midnight a late fee arrival will be requested of 50,00 Euros. Fr arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.

• Final cleaning 270,00 euros

• Damage deposit 400,00 euros
