Villa Cleopatra is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Cleopatra you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon. Villa Cleopatra is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Positano, a few steps from the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and shops at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
You will reach Villa Cleopatra from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 36 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Cleopatra. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved).

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, partly gravel and partly rocky. You will reach it going down a public walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 260 stairway steps.
Terrace 1 with jacuzzi pool
The terrace features a non-heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (1.8 by 3 meters, 6 by 9.8 feet). The jacuzzi pool is open all year round. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include two sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces.
