Situated in the heart of the Italian resort town of Stresa, this penthouse apartment (with lift) comfortably sleeps four guests. This pet-friendly apartment is conveniently located a few minutes\' walk from both the harbour and the train station, with many restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets also within reach. A small balcony provides the ideal spot to relax with an aperitif after a busy day exploring. Stresa beach is an 8-minute walk away.

The property enjoys a separate kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room. The living space is fitted with a flat-screen TV, a large sofa, an armchair and a storage unit. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker hob, oven and coffee machine.

Situated in an ideal position on the shores of the Borromean Gulf, Stresa overlooks the unique Isola Bella and is one of Lake Maggiore\'s most popular resorts.
The beautiful hiking area of Passeggiata Lungo Lago is within easy walking distance and those who wish to explore the Borromean Islands can take one of the ferries in the port, a 5-minute walk away. The famous Lake Orta is within half an hour’s drive.

For golfers, Golf Club Alpino di Stresa is a 13-minute drive, and for nature lovers, the beautiful villas of Stresa like Park Villa Pallavicino are nearby and easily reachable on foot.

The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 50-minute drive from the accommodation.

Great location and a nice, clean and spacius appartement. A bit difficult to make dinner when the electricity could only take one plate at a time.

Stresa is a beautiful town but the apartment was a total shock: dust and spiders web were pending all over each room. The agent said they had guests three days before : I cannot believe it since as I entered the apartment I could smell stale smell and dust ( I am also allergic to). The policy said: please no noise from 10:00 pm till early in the morning. If they were professional they should have warned you that just next to our bedrooms in the street there was a beer store opened until 2:00 am. We couldn’t sleep well each single night with many young prople and a big group of tourists talking and laughing loud .

We certainly do not want to deny that the apartment was not in the condition it should have been when you arrived. We sincerely apologized as soon as you brought this to our attention and immediately offered to send someone to the apartment to carry out an additional cleaning. Unfortunately, despite our repeated offer, you preferred not to have anyone enter the apartment. We completely respected your decision. We also wanted to show our good faith by providing you with a refund for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the noise, we are sorry that it affected your sleep. The apartment is located in the heart of Stresa, which is a lively and popular tourist town with many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. This central location is something many of our guests appreciate, but we also understand that it can sometimes mean more activity and noise, particularly during busy periods. The opening hours of the local businesses are regulated by the applicable laws, and unfortunately we cannot control their closing times or the behavior of people in the surrounding area, including conversations or music coming from nearby establishments. We are truly sorry that these circumstances made your stay less enjoyable than you had hoped. We always try to respond promptly when an issue is brought to our attention and, in this case, we did our best to offer a practical solution as well as compensation for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue working to improve the experience we provide to our guests. Best regards Happy Rentals Team

They knew that the wifi password had a misprint and never bothered to correct it. I had to send a few emails to get the correct password. One has to figure out how to turn on the cooktop. No instructions and they don't bother to tell you.

Absolut ungeeignet für 4 Personen:Das Doppelbett und eins der Einzelbetten sind in Ordnung. Das zweite Einzelbett und die Schlafcouch sind ein schlechter Witz und sind nicht benutzbar.Die Matratze ist sehr dünn, durchgelegen und es gibt keinen Lattenrost.Auf unseren Hinweis wurde uns gesagt, dass sich bisher nie jemand beschwert hätte und man kurzfristig keine Lösung finden könne. Wir waren 8 Tage in der Wohnung und haben dann selbstständig eine Luftmatratze besorgt.Das Leitungswasser ist braun und riecht nach Rost.Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung.Der Pub (Camelot Bar) schließt um 2:00 nachts und die Gäste verabschieden sich lautstark auf der Strasse, was uns regelmäßig geweckt hat.Positiv: die Lage. Alles recht gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans le logement.Points positifs: l'appartement est très bien situé (centre ville avec tous les commerces et pour visiter les iles), il est bien aménagé, les lits sont assez confortables.La communication avec l'agence a été très facile et nous avons pu récupérer et déposer les clés très facilement.Points négatifs: pas de parking alors que nous sommes venus en voiture. Se garer a été pénible car il n'y a pas beaucoup de places (on savait qu'il n'y avait pas de parking).Il faisait très chaud dans le logement malgré les ventilateurs. La cuisine est très petite mais pour une semaine c'était suffisant.

Très jolie région. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, idéalement situé pour profiter de Stresa et de ses environs. Quelques porte-serviettes supplémentaires dans la salle de bains seraient les bienvenues et le matelas du lit d'appoint est passable pour un enfant pas trop lourd. Parfait pour une famille de 4.

Laura's Cozy Apartment Stresa Center

la casa è veramente bellissima, proprio come nelle foto (manca solo la lavatrice in bagno, che appare nelle foto, ma molto chiaramente non è inclusa nella descrizione delle dotazioni). Dotata di ogni apparecchiatura desiderabile in cucina, letti confortevoli, lenzuola ed asciugamani di ottima qualità. La posizione è magnifica, vicino al grande parcheggio, a 5 minuti a piedi dal cuore di Stresa. Lo staff che ci ha accolto è estremamente gentile e disponibile.
