The location was great for site viewing. The flat was nice and clean. The only thing not perfect was that the maintenance guys showed up twice with no notice ahead. Communication and maintenance scheduling needs to be improved between host and maintenance so keep the stay for the guests smooth.

London Vacation

The Flat was great in perfect location for daily outings. It was equipped with plenty of linen and towels for my family of six.

Quiet and close location

Clean and quiet location in a great area. Close to several underground stations and a grocery store only a block away! Walking distance to the Tower Bridge, which was wonderful at night.

Fantastic stay in central London

We had a fantastic stay in central London! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Tower Bridge, making it easy to explore all the major sites either by foot or by taking the tube. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The host provided clear check-in instructions, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to experience the best of London!

Located on a charming pedestrian cobblestoned street

This place had a modern kitchen, ample seating, and comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. It had a spacious elevator and was close to major thoroughfares, so was easy to get public transportation.We loved the charming street and had good dinners at two restaurants located there. One was a casual venue and a bit noisy with outdoor revelers enjoying a mid-afternoon beer and after-work libations (though they settled down by around 9 pm). The other was a nice Italian restaurant owned by a friendly Italian native. Be aware that the showers have no grab bars. We retrieved the key from a 24-hour business several blocks away and returned it there at the end of our stay. Although we never met the host, we were able to communicate via texting. We enjoyed our stay and think younger guests would probably find it especially inviting!
The corner restaurant is a lively venue at the other end of the lane.

The key pick-up and drop-off is a good 10-minute walk from the apartment, which can be challenging when you have two small kids and luggage to lug around town. The apartment is nice and spacious, but it hasn't been invested in in a long time, by this I mean the bathroom doors that don't slide shut completely, the window blinds that don't come down all the way, and most of all the TV stand with broken plywood and 2 large screws sticking out challenging for children to navigate around. The dishwasher doors had no stoppers so they'd just fall if they weren't completely shut. The cleaner has been waiting in front of the apartment an hour before the actual check out time, while you have to return the key to the same location by the check out time that's again a 10-minute walk from the apartment Most of all why I'm giving such a low rating is complete lack of communication apart from requesting a security deposit that was over half of the total paid. Once we paid that, the renters went dark. We left the apartment in impeccable condition, and 10 days later, they haven't returned the deposit or answered any messages they received through Expedia, their preferred email, or WhatsApp.

Nettes Appartment mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen (hauptsächlich wegen der Top Lage); allerdings kann man für den Preis auch einen perfekten Zustand erwarten; dies war allerdings nicht ganz so (Heizkörper welcher sich nicht abschalten liess, Brummgeräusche der Lüftung in einem der Schlafzimmer, recht schmale Betten, alle Glühbirnen der Nachttischleuchten defekt, Verdunkelung etwas bescheiden, lokale Agentur nicht effizient und ausser email Verkehr keine wirkliche Hilfestellung; recht anonyme Schlüsselübergabe).
