External Description



Villa Zambra is immersed in the splendid Tuscan countryside, just 6 km from Poggibonsi, and close to San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Surrounded by a well-kept enclosed garden with lawn, the villa was created from a historic medieval tower dating back to the 1200s.

Within the garden there is a lovely patio equipped with a dining table for 8 people and a barbecue, ideal for having alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private pool (4 x 8 m, open from 1st May to 30th September), equipped with sunbeds and parasols.

At guests\' disposal also 2 covered parking spaces.

Please note that Villa Zambra is part of a small architectural complex where other people live, however the entrance and the external spaces of the villa are totally private so privacy is guaranteed.



Internal Description



Elegantly furnished, Villa Zambra is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and first floor) and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Pets are allowed upon request. 1 cot and 1 high chair are available free of charge upon request.



Ground floor: The ground floor houses a bright open-space living area divided into three rooms: a sitting room (with sofa, armchairs and fireplace), a larger living room (with corner sofa, armchair, tv and stereo), a kitchen/dining room with table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.

Following is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and walk-in closet.

Lastly there is a toilet.



First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area made up of two triple bedrooms (with 1 double bed + 1 single bed each) and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Electricity up to 60 Kw per week; water consumption; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); electricity if over 60 Kw per week; heating on consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
