Ubicado en el 3er piso con ascensor; el condominio duerme 12. La suite principal incluye una cama king con dos lavabos y bañera de hidromasaje en el baño. El segundo dormitorio incluye una cama queen con mini-nevera y un segundo microondas. Las otras dos habitaciones incluyen camas queen y full. El condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y tiene una lavadora y secadora grandes. El condominio cuenta con WIFI / TV por cable con televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones. Perfect!

Plenty of room for our big family to spread out but also room to hang out together. Loved the proximity to the beach and pool, easily walkable for our group. We loved the deck area and spent lots of mornings and evenings there. Kitchen was stocked with any utensil, cookware, or appliance you could need. We loved our stay!

Time of our lives…

Clean condo, easy booking and check-in. Slightly quieter location which was the intention. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you would need to cook. This will turn into a yearly booking for my family. Also, great deck view!

We really enjoyed our stay. Website pictures do not do it justice. It was much better than expected!

It was very comfortable and exceeded all of our expectations!!! It will be our annual family vacation spot! Thanks for making this trip to North Carolina, to our Son’s wedding, very memorable!

Great Location!

We had a great time at OIB at this listing! It had plenty of room for all of us! Was close to the beach and the pool access was great also! The owner responded quickly with every question and need we had! We had everything we needed to cook the meals for our large family which was very nice!! Loved the view from the deck! Would stay here again!!

Great vacation

We had a great stay and the property was just as listed. Very close beach access and the unit was clean and spacious. The first bedroom on the left does have a very loud wind rushing sound coming under the door constantly when closed. We joked that it was the resident ghost, otherwise the property was perfect!

Nice Condo!

Great location. Condo had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was more than equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed the pool nearby and traveled by golf cart the entire week. Wish linens were provided but despite that, everything else was well stocked. Turtles and fish in the back pond kept the kids entertained daily!

We had a group of 9 and had plenty of room. It’s very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen I was impressed. Short walk to the beach or you can drive a short distance to the pool and go to the beach from there. The kids loved it and games to play when your just chilling in the house

Wow!

I literally can’t say enough about this place. It was probably the best place I’ve ever stayed in Ocean Isle! We rented a six person golf cart as well during our stay, It’s an absolute must while you’re there visiting. They will book quickly so book ahead before your trip or you won’t get one! We’ve been to Ocean Isle many times, but never got a golf cart. Will never go without one again we were so impressed upon arrival it was clean, well decorated and VERY stocked even down to the trash bags. The only negative thing I have to say which isn’t even a negative really is the tvs we’re a challenge. The living room one was ok once we figured it out but one bedroom didn’t have a remote the other two did but no way to sign into your own Netflix and the on demand worked only a few nights we were there and all channels on cable beside the news required purchase. If your not a tv person at night it won’t bother you. I would say some maybe typed instruction to use them somewhere would be good and maybe a Netflix option. Again that was so minor compared to the amazing time and place! Also helpful tip when using the dryer use heavy duty cycle so they dry in one cycle.oh! The turtles were such an addition to the down time in the evenings my 3 year old loved it. We also saw there was an alligator in the same pond, we feed him or oranges all week from the balcony! We will definitely be back we hated to leave this place ❤️

Beautiful condo - lovely ocean view; 5 min walk to beach access; overlooks turtle and duck ponds; large decks; beautifully decorated with care; comfy beds; honestly the extra care taken by owner shows in details large and small.

Nice Condo

We really love the location and the place is as advertised. The key-less pad wasn't working due to the harsh salty rain. The owner had keys as a backup for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view from the patio was great. The only other negative was when the A/C is running the room that has a outside door and a hall door and you have the hall door closed it makes a VERY loud whistling noise that we had to use the extra bed pillows to muffle.

Superb!

This condo was the most well equipped I have ever rented. Kitchen had everything you could need and high quality cookware. Sleeping was great in the very comfortable beds. Would definitely rent again.

Great Family Vacation

Our home away from home was great! Plenty of room for 11 people. Great deck with view of the ocean and plenty of seating. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would possibly need. Had to contact the owner several times with some questions and got a response within minutes. Walk to the beach was only a few minutes but the pool is a bit of a walk. Having a golf cart was helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Via vacation

The condo was terrific. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which is a definite plus. The only situation that was frustrating was the parking situation. Each vehicle had to be parked under the unit in one line. We had 4 vehicles and we rented 2 golf carts; there was not enough room for everything. Luckily we got a parking spot for one of the vehicles at the tennis courts and left it there for the week. So, I would suggest bringing 3 or less vehicles if possible. The resort really needs to build a parking facility to accommodate more parking. But, either way, the condo was FANTASTIC! We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Family getaway

This rental was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house is well stoked with everything we needed and more and was beautifully decorated. The back porch view was our favorite spot for coffee, meals and spending time together. The owner was quick to respond prior to check in. Nothing came up during our stay that we needed to reach out for. The pool was not open and appeared to be doing repairs which was a bit of a bummer. The kids were really looking forward to that. We found plenty of other things to do, such as mini golf, shopping, dining out, and exploring the area. A really nice neighbor brought home made cookies over for our kids which really made us feel at home (and they were delicious). This home is immaculate. A true gem. We can not wait to go back to Ocean Isle Beach and would absolutely stay in this home again.

Great play to stay

Condo clean with Many amenities. View of ocean was gray in the evening. Turtle pond kept out grand children occupied. Only thing is wish pool was closer to condo but the walk was not to bad. For the younger kids. Good idea to also rent a golf cart to ride around the island. Wonderful place to visiit.

Good, But...

TV remotes were difficult to use. In the living room, you had to have the remote "just right" to change volume or channel. Outdoor furniture was not very comfortable to enjoy the gorgeous view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great condo close to the ocean

My family loved staying in this condo. We had plenty of room to the spread out. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

Very clean and well appointed condo. Couldn't have asked for it to be better stocked. Wonderful views from the entire living room / kitchen area and almost all bedrooms. Could listen to the waves at night with the windows open. Beach access was extremely close. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with! Would absolutely stay here again!

Beach Fun!

This condo was attractive, organized and well stocked with a great location. We would recommend a golf cart for the beach. The walk is fairly short, but it would be long with chairs, beach toys, etc. The owner was extremely responsive with any concerns we had.

Perfect place to stay

Very clean and nice place. Large enough for 4 adults and 4 kids. Quick access to beach and pool. Perfect spot! We will definitely be back again!
