Nice location, noisy

The street noise from Compton Road was pretty bad. The tv was a jumble of wires, we were'nt able to figure it out.

Lovely stay near Earl's Court

I stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. It was very clean and well equipped for (light) cooking. I appreciated that the host provided plenty of linens for the week. The apartment has windows along an entire wall that floods the space with natural light. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room and living room was nice too. The bathroom was roomy and the water pressure in the shower was good. This apartment's location can't be beat. It's less than a five minute walk to the tube and there are restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within a block or two. The building's security and front desk porter were an unexpected bonus. You won't go wrong choosing this apartment.

Visit to London

The property is centrally located but does not have central air conditioning. So you have to keep the windows open and it is quite noisy due to traffic and emergency vehicles. It is directly across the street from a hospital. The coffee pot never worked even though it was replaced. Overall apartment was very clean but the balcony furniture was worn and untidy. Overall, the apartment was not inviting. I have seen other apartments with this vendor and would be interested in an upgrade.

Dear Nquavah, Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the excellent location. While being centrally located does sometimes mean a bit more noise, we understand this can be a drawback. We continually strive to balance the benefits of our prime location with the comfort of our guests, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We apologize for the inconvenience with the coffee machine. It appears the power switch on the panel was off, which we only discovered after your check-out when it was reported. To make up for your recent experience, we’d like to offer you a complimentary upgrade on your next stay with us. Please reach out to us when planning your visit, and we’ll ensure you have a more enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you again for your feedback and understanding. We look forward to the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Adam
