Cant recommend this place enough!

Lovely quiet spot with amazing views and minutes walk down to great bars and restaurants. Matteo cant be any more helpful or welcoming.

Luxeriös ist in erster Linie der Preis

Die Beschreibung passt leider nicht (nicht mehr) zum Zustand der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und hat einige Mängel (kaputtes Sofa, Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit Löchern, defekte Birnen, kaputter Türrahmen etc.). Die Außenanlage ist schön und der Ausblick traumhaft. Dies entschädigt den Preis aber leider nur bedingt...

Great place but you need a car.

Great apartment. Mateo is a wonderful host. The pool area is fabulous, jumping in the pool after a day's touring was the best. Tremezzo is well situated to explore the Como area. Only missing is an electric coffee maker.

Tolles Appartement in toller Lage!

Der Empfang durch den Besitzer war sehr unkompliziert und hilfreich. Das Appartment war sehr modern und voll ausgestattet. Die Lage hervorragend mit wunderbarem Blick und der See nur einen kleinen Fußmarsch durch eine kleine Gasse entfernt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Very nice accommodation and fantastic view

Nice apartment (first floor - 4 persons). Spacious. No air conditioning, but fans in sleeping rooms. Helpful host. Pool area really nice. We hope to come back.

Wonderful apartment and facilities, incredible views and great host!

We had a perfect stay at the Tremezzo Residents in June 2018. Matteo was the perfect host, greeting us on arrival, giving us a tour of Tremezzo, a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, tons of recommendations to do / eat and always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The apartment and pool/ hot tub area was very clean, with comfy sun loungers and incredible views! If anything the photos don’t do the apartment and views justice. 5 minutes walk down hill to local restaurants and ferry terminal where you can easily get to Bellagio. Would definitely recommend the apartment and Tremezzo to friends and family, and would love to return. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely scenery, pool area and apartment

Six of us stayed in Apt 1 for one week and then moved to Apt 2 for our second week. Both apartments very similar. Plenty of space for the six of us and very comfortable. The scenery is beautiful and the garden and pool area really well maintained. The apartment is a walk from Tremezzo which is a small town with some restaurants, bars and a bus stop and boat stop to other towns on the lake. The walk to the town is down a steep narrow cobble stone path. The walk back although short is challenging. I wouldn't like to do it with a buggy or with someone elderly. There is no decent supermarket in Tremezzo - the neighbouring town Lenno has a good one. Because there is no supermarket within walking distance I would recommend having a car. The owner is really helpful and any queries we had were answered straight away. He is extremely professional and definitely takes pride in his apartments and helping his guests. We had three teenagers with us and found Lake Como and Tremezzo a little quiet for them although it is beautiful and very relaxing.

Terrific Tremezzo!

Stayed here as part of a months stay on the lake. The residence is just as advertised and immaculately kept inside and out. The pool is huge and the kids appreciated this very much with regular daily swims after days out on and around the lake. Oh, and did i mention the view from the residence is breathtaking?The owner Matteo was the perfect host and very charming. Tremezzo is just a short walk from the residence and really has all amenities requred including two ferry stops, a park for sunbathing and a good selection of restaurants and bars. The cantiner wine bar was a favourite and well as Parco Mayer. We will be back and have recommended tremezzo residence to our friends.

The perfect Italian retreat

The apartment was outstanding from the quality and amenities right through to the amazing view. The pool and grounds were very well maintained by the excellent staff and nothing was too much trouble. The owner, Matteo, was available at all times should we have need him. We can't praise Residence Tremezzo highly enough and will look forward to our next stay.

Vi havde en virkelig fantastisk ferie i jeres dejlige lejlighed. (nr. 2). Poolen var helt helt fantastisk og det var mega dejligt at vi havde vores egen have og bare lige kunne smutte over når vi havde lyst til at bade. Vi nød at det hele var så rent og pænt og gennemgående i orden. Ejeren var enormt hjælpsom og var altid kontaktbar. Han vidste os rundt i området, fortalte om vandreture, gode restauranter mm. Alt fungerede perfekt. Vi vil helt klart anbefale dette sted til andre og vi håber meget at komme igen en anden gang.

Beautiful Apartment - Spectacular Location!

We love Tremezzo and this beautiful residence. We recently completed our second visit. The apartment is well-appointed, spacious, modern and clean. Matteo and his wife are very helpful. The view cannot be beaten from the balcony. The pool and hot tub are terrific. You do have to be fit to enjoy the walk up and down the trail to town, but it is very convenient as long as you are, and then you can take the ferries all around the lake. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartments

Tremezzo apartments really lived up to our expectations. Perfect location with stunning views and a lovely pool and BBQ area. The apartment was clean and modern and the pool and gardens well maintained. We would highly recommend these apartments as a base for exploring lake Como. Matteo was very knowledgable and helpful in recommending things to do and see and suggested some great restaurants to. We hope to come back very soon.

Group holiday

Fantastic location, facilities and apartments. It is not often that a holiday location surpasses what was stated in the booking details but this one certainly did. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment complex to others and we may come back again too.
