Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y 1,250 pies cuadrados (Unidad 403) en Purgatory Lodge (Unidad 403) ofrece la máxima comodidad en invierno o verano, ya que está ubicado en el corazón de Purgatory Village, a solo 50 m del elevador principal de alta velocidad a la cima de la montaña, el expreso del purgatorio. Este es el mejor ski-in / ski-out ubicación en el complejo.

Purgatory Lodge contiene las comodidades de primera categoría de Durango Mountain Resort, incluyendo piscina climatizada al aire libre con tobogán, bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio y sala de juegos familiares adyacente a un restaurante y bar privados.

El condominio está situado en un solo nivel en la 4 ª planta (acceso por ascensor) y ofrece unas vistas increíbles de la Cordillera de Agujas y la estación de esquí.

El condominio estaba decorado profesionalmente y cada habitación contiene una televisión de pantalla plana, así como muebles de gama alta y ropa de cama.

Great Trip

Delightful Vacation

This condo was perfect for our trip. Both couples felt they had their own suite, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living/family was cozy and warm with the gas fireplace. We ate in for lunches and breakfasts, and dined at the local restaurant every evening. So convenient. There was also a gated locked area for our skis at night, and a locker for our day boots and other sundries.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It took a long time to check in since the rental agency I booked with did not send my check-in credentials to the lodge. At least, that is what I was told. I was then told to get on the phone and call the rental agency. I could not get them on the phone so the attendant called himself, which he could have done to begin with (I suspect a more direct line)and they finally got things straight. After that, everything went well. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Great Condo, Great Views!

Very enjoyable stay at this condo! Great layout and the views are breathtaking! Comfortable bed, good kitchen, great master shower. All the amenities needed. We stayed 2 weeks and it was fantastic.

Reviewer Comments: We found your condo to be ok, though as few things were insufficient:Missing light bulbs made of difficult to see in such a naturally dark place, especially at night, but even during the day. The light bulbs that were provided are much too dim. THEY ALL NEED TO BE BRIGHTER, especially in the living room, master bedroom and bath, kitchen and living room. There is also a broken desk lamp in the master bedroom and missing a light bulb. Would also like to have ice provided. Two small plastic trays is not enough and what was there had evaporated apparently and was unusable. Also need more hangers on the two bedroom closets. The balcony was filthy and unusable. Hadn’t been swept and furniture was dirty and in disrepair. Otherwise, if these things were addressed I would highly recommend your property to others.

PARKING

The parking situation was not good. We had a trailer and was told to park it in one area only to get a warning the next day that we couldn’t park here overnight. Truck couldn’t fit in the parking space in garage. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is conveniently located in the Lodge. That’s why we chose it. However, it needs updating. It was not super clean when we arrived....dusty on the furniture in the master bedroom, carpet looks dingy, bedding is old. There is very little lighting in the master bed and bath. The curtains in the master are impossible to open. We have stayed in other units in this building and felt they were more well kept.

Very comfortable stay

Stayed at this nice property at foot of slopes at Purgatory. We had stayed here many years ago, and recall liking the parking, location and amenities. There was a lot of snow the days we stayed, so was nice to park in covered garage. The location can't be beat, walk out to lifts. Room had all needed amenities. It looked like the window blinds were in process of being replaced, but that did not impact our stay. Beds comfortable. Spacious bathrooms. Ski lockers are outside, so that is kind of a bummer. We enjoyed the lounge area and hot tub. Management company was great, quick in responding to inquiries - was able to add a day to our stay with no hassle. They sent several txt messages to check all ok. Easy check in at front desk. Would stay here again when visiting Pergatory.

location is great for accessing the ski area and shops

It is a very nice unit but there were some issues. The master bedroom was very nice, and the beds in both bedrooms were very nice. The second bedroom's closet had only 1 regular sized clothes hanger and 2 very small hangers for toddler size clothing. The owner has a security locked cabinet in that closet that takes up half of the available space and the other side has a shelf with multiple blankets stacked on top of it. We couldn't hang up any of our clothes in there, so we had to fold them and put into drawers of a dresser and the heavy jackets and ski clothes we just had to fold and stack on the floor. At very least there should be ample hangers in that closet. One of the window blinds is not working either. Given the price on the rental, those issues should be addressed.

Our Family and New Year's Ski stay

Perfect for family

Wish we had been coming here for years. Well appointed, clean, everything we wanted. Loved the ski locker, too. Only thing I would change is to add some lighting in the master. It was a little dark.

Beautiful Place

It is prime location, steps away from the slopes. When we visited the leaves were starting to change, absolutely breathtaking views from the condo. Enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.
